If every dealership,and especially every sales person (Clive Hunter), acted as professionally and courteously as those at Rick Case Kia, car salesmen wouldn't get such a bad rap. This was my first new car purchase and I was prepared for the worst, having dealt with other dealerships several times for service. You hear all of the jokes, cliches and horror stories, and one assumes that's how all dealerships behave. But that was not my experience at all. I can't say that I've ever heard about or experienced the level of customer service I received at Rick Case Kia. Everything, and I mean everything, was as positive of an experience as it could have been. Clive really went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted and gave us an outstanding price. Clive and I exchaged several emails and had a few phone conversations before I came in. He was never pushy and was always patient with my questions. His only concern was that I got what the vehicle and deal I was looking for. His attitude and care were absolutely genuine. I really can't say enough to express my satisfaction.\r \r Collin Bramlett, general sales manager, handled the financing. I was also very pleased with his level of service. He showed us our options and potential warranties we could purchase, and let us decide what we wanted with no pressure. He even matched the lower APR we were offered from our local credit union, even though we were going to finance with him anyway. Another display of genuine customer service from Rick Case Kia.\r \r We purchased a 2012 Kia Sorento SX. If you want a luxury type SUV/Crossover, consider the Sorento. The SX is loaded with features and ""bells and whistles"" that you would expect to find at a much higher price point. Absolutely love it and couldn't be happier. more

First I am a satisfied customer. When I came in I was not sure if I will be driving out with a car much less a brand new one. My rep was above excellent. She took time a treated me like she knew me before. This is the type of customer service any and every company needs. I believe that some people are working with customers but they are really not people oriented. Thus client service rep. derserves a raise and I will be checking back to see if that's done. When you have people liket his you show appreciation. more

We had a great experiance from the time we drove on to the lot. Marty was top notch and very helpful making sure we were taken care of. Last year at this time we were looking at new cars and that's the frist time we met Marty MCall, Somthing tolds us at that time not to invest in a new car and a week later my wife was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. A year later and after chemo,surgury & radiation we decided to look again and was glad to see Marty was still at KIA, Even though the aircondition was broke in the buiding and 99 outside Marty helped us with test driving,making sure we had plenty to drink and walk us through the paper work and all the details of the new Sportage we ended up buying. Chase Channell in your finance department also was very helpfull in getting us financed quickly plus called me back the next day to tell me to come back by and re-sign all the paper work because he and the Associated Credit Union was able to get us an even better rate than what was previous agreed on. Let me end with saying your group of employees are top notch customer service. Other people and companies could learn from your staff. I will send anyone I know your direction when they are looking to purchase a new or used vehicle and Rick Case has a new customer when we are ready to buy again. more

I had a pleasurable experience at Rick Case Kia. I had done a good bit of research on the car I was looking at purchasing prior to my arrival but Carter expanded on that well. Additionally he took the time to look for possible minor flaws in the used Forte I was looking at so that they could take car of them and I would be aware of them as well, which was much appreciated. Chase was also very easy to work with and there were no trips away from me to ""speak to the manager"" or anything like that. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in the market for a new car. more

Mr. Howell, My recent purchase with Rick Case Kia could not have gone any smoother. I dropped by Kia without a scheduled appointment due to a faulty switch problem in my car which had just developed. Despite me arriving in the lid-afternoon without an appointment, they were very accommodating and repaired by vehicle as I waited.
