On Saturday morning after a very long week I realized that I had not scheduled an appointment to have my car serviced and to have a problem that I discovered the previous morning. I called Kerry and told him of my dilemma. Although it was a holiday weekend, Kerry advised me to bring the car in and let me know that while the oil change is something they normally do on Saturdays diagnosing other problems and fixing them is usually something that is done during the week. Never the less he said he would see I'd someone could check the car out but there would be a wait. Grateful that he was willing to accomodate me I left the car and went to lunch. As I was leaving the restaurant and heading to the mall to kill time, Kerry phoned me to let me know my car was ready fo pickup! Not only had my oil been changed, but the other problem had been identified and fixed!!! This is by far the most exceptional service I have ever experienced. Thank you Rick Case Service Team!
