This was my first visit to Rick Case and I was certainly impressed with the care and information I was provided about my Accent. The service manager took the time to show me what I needed and ask questions about my previous service, including 60,000 check up. I will be making an appointment for that! more

Service Advisor Outstanding 3/4/2014

Service advisor (Andrew Steadman) called me by name when he first saw me. I was treated as a best friend not only for the greeting but all during the service being provided. Total awareness of what was happening and discussion of things to look out for that were not a problem now but may be before my next 15000 miles. Very knowledgeable about his products and honest and fair during my visit. Car looked new when finished even with 73,000+ miles. more

Treated Beautifully 2/7/2014

My first new vehicle in over a decade. Buying a car is usually stressful. I was treated very well by my salesperson Shayne and finance manager Darren Davidson who went the extra mile to make my car buying experience a breeze. Additionally, Darren called me 2 days after my purchase to let me know he found a better interest rate for me and told me to stop by to sign the papers so he could switch this for me. I have shared my experience with several friends and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rick Case Hyundai in Roswell to anyone looking to buy a Hyundai. more
