My Hyundai Sonata is my first car that will reach 100,000 miles. Chalk it up not only to Hyundai but also to regular maintenance by the Rick Case/Roswell service crew. In New York City, I didn't need a car. In Atlanta, I feel confident driving on super highways and in local traffic, in all weather conditions. I'm the one behind the wheel but I know that Rick Case is looking over my shoulder! more

As usual, I was given quick and excellent service. With it being the weekend prior to a holiday it was very busy. I appreciate the service. I am normally greeted much quicker than I was on this visit, but I understand that things were a bit busier than usual. I look forward to my next appointment! more

I was very pleased with the service I received by coming here. Andrew was very helpful and listened to all of my concerns. He did a great job of updating me on the repairs being made to my vehicle, and did a wonderful job explaining any of the issues my vehicle had that he thought needed to be fixed. I don't know much about cars so I appreciated he ability to be able explain the issues in a way I was able to understand. I would gladly bring my car here if I have any further issues with my Hyundai. more

I am very happy with the dealership and Anthony Delgardio as the sales rep, and Darren for his help yesterday and today. I will gladly recommend your vehicles and your people to anyone at any time (even if they work at another dealership!). Anthony responded quickly to my initial email, which I quickly followed with test drive. He found the car I wanted before I left that day. He was FAR more knowledgable than a rep I spoke with at another dealership only a few days ago. I am very glad I found your dealership in an online search. You are even closer than the first one. If this car lasts like you say it will, it will be one of, if not the, favorite of all the cars I have EVER owned! And I have had over 25 vehicles in my time, from sedans, coupes, and sports cars to wagons, SUVs, and pickups. Thanks for your service. more

My service advisor, Andrew Steadman, was exceptionally focused on providing me the best possible service at the best possible price. Working with him made the entire service experience pleasant, efficient, and professional. Rick Case Service will continue to be my ""go-to"" service center as long as I own a Hyundai. more

I recommend Rick Case Hyundai, not just because of the great quality cars and enormous warranty, but mostly because of the service department. As a female who doesn't know much about automobiles in general, I feel totally comfortable trusting the Hyundai service employees with my car and any service that it needs. They are always friendly and prompt. I won't ever buy a car from any other dealership, nor will I take my car to be serviced anywhere else! Thanks, Rick Case Hyundai! more
