Great Service and People! 5/11/2012

Funny thing is, some of the people especially Monica and Fred are like....family. Who enjoys their wait at the dealership while their car is getting an oil change? Surprisingly, I do. I have a Hyundai dealership not too far from where I live, but I choose to go several miles north just to go to the Duluth location. Oh, did I mention I love my Hyundai? more

Great service at Rick Case Hyundai 10/27/2010

To answer the question regarding what is the one key thing the dealer could have done better.....at this time I cannot comment as my car purchase experience with this dealer was overall a very positive one! My sales consultant was great...the finance manager was outstanding and personable....lastly, the general manager had such a hearty and inviting laugh, you couldn't help but to join in with him!! I am delighted to have finally made a purchase with a dealership that promotes excellent customer care! I look forward to this new relationship in my car being serviced right, as well as being treated fairly. more
