I hated car shopping and dealerships until I found Rick Case. The honesty and care of the staff was so overwhelming, that I can’t wait to tell all my friends about this dealership. My wife and I will never buy another car from anyone else. We drove every car on the lot until we found the car that was right for us. Best dealership I've worked with/awesome service department 10/28/2013

We are so pleased with the service we have gotten from this dealership over the last four years since we bought our first Hyundai. We bought our Hyundai out of state and found this dealership after that purchase. Now, we are working with them to trade in for another Hyundai. We have been treated very well by the knowledgeable and hard working staff there. We feel that we are getting the best possible deal on our new car with this dealership. more

2011 Sonata a Lemon 10/28/2013

Have not been able to depend on car due to multiple switch problems and faults. Repairs work in the short term - not consistent. Never know if I'll have a problem or get stuck because car won't start. more

This was my first hyundai vehicle. I have been a hyundai owner for almost 3 years now and have always been pleased with the service from rick case. I would buy from them again. The service dept is great and I have never felt like I was being pressured into service I didn't need. more

Great place to buy a car - good deals and smart sales people. Take your vehicle elsewhere for service, the service department is a ripoff department that will charge you for work that was not actually done to your car. more

People here are jovial and courteaous. They're open on Sundays and so convenient to schedule services online. They notify if they found something you want to be addressed and give you sound advice on taking care of your car. more

We came to Rick Case on reputation and prior and prior service to our 03' Optima. Aron, our sales rep, presented each vehicle with knowledge and thoroughness unlike any one we have dealt with. He was extremely patient and was always available whenever we had any questions. we were diligent in our car search, and looked elsewhere but could not find anything that matched service, price and warranty.
