Customer Service 4/2/2014

On my recent visit I had an issue with a component that fell under the standard warranty, but my car had just passed the 5 year deadline. I was pleased that my service representative worked witrh me and the service manager who agreed to honor the repair under the warranty. It is service like this and the consideration of the personnel that brings me back to Rick Case. more

They have the same staff Everytime I go in and they sere very friendly and courteous. I always receive accurate times and prices. I have never been pressured to get anything else done, but have been provided with their recommendations. I always take my car here because I an always satisfied. more

Didn't keep promises 3/26/2014

Decided to let them fix my car because they said they could do it quicker than anyone else. Not only did the part not arrived when promised, but it took them 20 minutes to tell me the part wasn't there. This is the third bad experience I've had with Rick Case and will never go back. more

Rick Case service department is always professional and provides an enjoyable experience. However on my last visit for an oil change the mechanic working on my car left oily hand prints all over my door and glove box. more

Service department 3/21/2014

Too much trying to up sell for repairs. The woman next to me was shown the exact same filter with the same leaves and debris in it that I was shown by the service consultant trying to sell us new filters. Service took nearly 3 hours. Was promised car in 1 1/2 hours. Had car in 3 weeks prior for same problem and they found nothing wrong. Won't be back. more

Vehicle purchasing experience 3/19/2014

I bought my Sonata last June and was not happy with the experience. I never met the sales manager and was subject to the same old dealership tactics to get the most money out of me. I was also given a ridiculously low trade-in for a 2013 Genesis Grand Touring Coupe. more

Brought car in for a recall issue. Had to return twice after the initial repair, and now (two days later) the problem happened again. But the service staff is very professional and responsive, and the facility is nice. more

Best customer service ever!!!!! 3/13/2014

This is the 2nd Hyundai I have bought from Rick Case Duluth. I absolutely love my car!!!! I thought I would never be able to go to a dealer for service because of how poor it was. I live closer to the mall of Georgia Hyundai, so instantly I first went there.... and I waited over 2 hours for an oil change and they didn't even look busy!!!! After getting my 2nd car I was pleased with how Alex and Wayne were so nice and caring for what I wanted to buy! Even though it is a little drive, I wanted to come here for all of my service. I will never change my mind about that decision because rick case Duluth has the BEST staff. I have never waited more than 45 min for an oil change (and I always walk in, never make an appointment). Nicole, Sarah, and Tony are all pleasant to be around and friendly people!!!!!!!!!!!! Hands down best car care customer service and dealer I have been to!! Thanks Hyundai for making my experiences the best!!! more
