I was really Impressed with Sara. She opened my hood upon arrival and checked the wind shield wiper fluid, (and filled it) air filter and I think it was the steering fluid ( don't remember). They also had found something else wrong, and she actually had the picture of the area that had the problem on her cell phone . So seeing it you could understand more about what is going on. I have been going to Hyundia for many years. And this is the first time that I felt that they are trying to in form us on what they are doing, by having someone show me just what is being repaired. I would be nice if we could see just what you are going to do not just to have to take your word for it. So far I am happy with this experience. Thank you more

Had my oil changed and tires rotated. In the courtesy check it was found that my battery was not firing properly (before I had a problem with it) and it was still under warranty and changed out. What service and I really appreciate their efforts. more

Careful who you hire and what you say to potential customers. We test drove a car with a dealership employee who actually had the gall to say she ""won't test drive with Asians or the elderly anymore."" On top of that, she said she would hold the car for us and then the next day reneged the statement and the car was sold to someone else. Her supervisor then told us he would try to help us find another car and we NEVER HEARD ANYTHING. Thanks for nothing. more

I must say I was extremely disappointed by the service at Rick Case. I purchased a car as a cash deal ...it was not chump change. The car had 2 things that needed to be repaired, I bought the car back in for the 2 items to be repaired, i was given a loaner with no gas and when I picked my car up not only was it not completely repaired but the XM radio was turned off and there was a plastic piece that goes around the windshield missing. I called the salesperson and told him the car needed to come back. I went back up showed the salesperson the missing piece, advised him about the radio etc. I requested a copy of the Car fax and sheet that shows all the repairs we agreed, the form clearly states repair the bumper which was not done, I was advised that the car was not certified but 900.00 cash was paid for that , then i was told I needed to call XM and get it turned back on myself....but it was working until they ""repaired"" my car. My car had more miles on it when i picked it then i should have since they didnt need to do engine work just paint the bumpers and repair a gap. They GM was no help and was the saleperson was nice but no help. Once i told him that I was not going to agree with them about the car in front of my 3 year old, I would instead file a BBB complaint, the salesperson walked away and threw his hands up in the air. Just horrible service for a company that had to the nerve to write a book about Customer Service. Its sad that they had the nerve to tell me that repair said the car was missing the a part when i bought it in a no one noted it (because it wasnt missing) I paid for the car but had to leave it so they could repair it, then go back and pick it up, then bring it back for repairs, then go back since it wasnt fixed to be told they werent going to fix it and to call and get the radio fixed myself. Thanks Rick Case for nothing . more

Sarah Morganstern was very friendly & helpful when I came in on Saturday June 16. She gave me a tour of the new facility and also offered shuttle service to the Mall while I waited for my car to be serviced. Chong Tennancour is also a very friendly face when I check out. PS The new facility looks great!! more
