This place is supposed to be the biggest Hyundai dealership. But lack luster costumer service a cheat general manager Stephan rothenberg and a rude staff makes this the worst dealership I have been too. Please do not go here and get ripped off. My car had been there 3 times and instead of fixing the problem they mess up more things and my car is still not fixed. They lie about putting in new parts and charge you full price. Even a simple oil change takes 2 hours. more

I purchased a Hyundai Veloster from Rick Case on 6/6/13 from Curtis Wilson. I had met Curtis a few weeks earlier and was impressed on how passionate he was about selling cars. In doing my research I found that Rick Case had the exact style and color I wanted, so I gave Curtis a call. He went out of his way to make sure that I was taken care and actually got in that exact car. I'm always settling for second best, but this time Curtis wouldn't let me do that. He walked me through all the features, warranties, etc.. and made this my easiest car buying experience yet.
