This is the 2nd Hyundai I have bought from Rick Case Duluth. I absolutely love my car!!!! I thought I would never be able to go to a dealer for service because of how poor it was. I live closer to the mall of Georgia Hyundai, so instantly I first went there.... and I waited over 2 hours for an oil change and they didn't even look busy!!!! After getting my 2nd car I was pleased with how Alex and Wayne were so nice and caring for what I wanted to buy! Even though it is a little drive, I wanted to come here for all of my service. I will never change my mind about that decision because rick case Duluth has the BEST staff. I have never waited more than 45 min for an oil change (and I always walk in, never make an appointment). Nicole, Sarah, and Tony are all pleasant to be around and friendly people!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hands down best car care customer service and dealer I have been to!! Thanks Hyundai for making my experiences the best!!!
