My car broke down. I got it to the closest place possible in the snow, that place happened to be Rich's Auto Care. They are very nice and empathetic to my situation. They diagnosed the issue and had my car up and running again in 3 hours. Could not ask for better service. Thanks you. more

I love the fast and friendly service I always recieve at Rich's! my car broke down while I was shopping, I gave them a call and they came and towed my car and got it fixed that day! which was great for my busy schedule. Since then, I go there for all my car needs. very friendly and reliable place. I definitely recomend going there! more

I WOULD DEFIANTLY RECOMMEND. I have been going through Rich's Auto Care for the last 5 years. With vehicles from a daily driver to my race cars. I have a 71 Vega which Rich's Auto Care has gotten it to where it is today. Anything from welding , tuning and dyno, they have it set perfect. I would say they have done a great job and blew my mind with what they have done to that car. The welder does an awesome job i get complements every time someone looks at the welds on the roll cage. I would like to thank thank all of the staff at Rich's Auto Care for everything they have done for me and my family. We will always take all our vehicles to Rich's now and for many years down the road. more

I wouldn't wish my experience at Rich's on my worst enemy. Their incompitence and lack of follow through which seems to stem from virtually zero management or owner accountibility cost me thousands of dollars more than it should have. After nearly 3 months they still have not completed a job that should have taken a few weeks max, but yet told my insurance company it's done and charged them double what it should have cost. They damaged the exterior of my 07 SS in the process and wasted so much of my time I see red thinking about it. I'm having it towed to a different shop at my expense and will pay whatever extra I have to with someone else out of pocket just so they never touch my vehicle ever again. And don't bother with the dyno, nobody there knows how to use it anyway. more

WAY OVERPRICED !!! SHOP AROUND. WORST EXP> I HAVE EVER HAD. 5/1/2012

They fixed my cv axle. ONE side for 270.00 . I asked if they could check out the car for any other problems , because I use the car to see my son in slc. They said ""just an oil leak"" . one week later my other axle starts knocking ! I call and get a couple quotes from other shops and they average about 170.00!!!! I called frustrated and rich agrees to fix it for that price. Awesome! NNOOOTT . He replaced my axle took my money and told me that I didn't NEED AN AXLE I NEED A TRANSMISSION!!!! If your not a mechanic and you would like someone to treat you with respect and kindness . DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. more

I've been coming to this shop now for almost two years and have yet to be let down. Their prices are always fair and they are conveniently located for me. Repairs have always been done within a reasonable time frame and done correctly. more

Reliable service, great customer service, answer questions directly no yada yada! I brought my vehicle to their shop after the first shop strongly recommended a $500+ repair. Rich auto suggested $0, and 2000 miles later Rich's suggestion was correct. Honest. more

GREAT SERVICE.....GREAT PRICE!! 1/19/2011

I called & spoke to Rich @ Rich's Auto Care when my 98 Ford Expedition started making a funny noise under the hood. Rich diagnosed it over the phone. Apparently, 5.4L Triton engines are notorious for having the sparkplugs strip the cylinder head threads and shooting the sparkplugs out. The Ford dealerships wanted over $1000, not including replacement of the cylinder head. Rich was able to repair my cylinder head and get me back on the road for under $500. They did a great job......would definitely go back. more

Great Experience 1/25/2010

I was driving home late one afternoon and blew a hose. I pulled into the nearest repair shop (Rich's Auto Care) just as they were closing. They took a look and said they would be happy to stay and make sure things were repaired properly so I could get home. It was apparently difficult to get to and took some time but I don't feel I was charged extra for the time or late hour. During the repair , they noticed one tire was low so they took care of that. Their attitude and the whole experience was very positive and left me feeling I could trust them with my car. I would highly recommend them for any auto repair or maintenance need. Pros: They go the extra mile more
