I called & spoke to Rich @ Rich's Auto Care when my 98 Ford Expedition started making a funny noise under the hood. Rich diagnosed it over the phone. Apparently, 5.4L Triton engines are notorious for having the sparkplugs strip the cylinder head threads and shooting the sparkplugs out. The Ford dealerships wanted over $1000, not including replacement of the cylinder head. Rich was able to repair my cylinder head and get me back on the road for under $500. They did a great job......would definitely go back.
