I wouldn't wish my experience at Rich's on my worst enemy. Their incompitence and lack of follow through which seems to stem from virtually zero management or owner accountibility cost me thousands of dollars more than it should have. After nearly 3 months they still have not completed a job that should have taken a few weeks max, but yet told my insurance company it's done and charged them double what it should have cost. They damaged the exterior of my 07 SS in the process and wasted so much of my time I see red thinking about it. I'm having it towed to a different shop at my expense and will pay whatever extra I have to with someone else out of pocket just so they never touch my vehicle ever again. And don't bother with the dyno, nobody there knows how to use it anyway.
