Terrific customer service - great company!\r Our son recently moved from Miami to Dallas using Rhino for his small amount of belongings. Our first contact with the company was Mike Elk who was excellent to work with -- he genuinely cares about his customers and treated us with courtesy and fairness -- with some humor thrown in. Everything he quoted regarding pick-up, handling, pricing was exactly correct -- we knew what to expect, and there were no changes. Shaun continued the outstanding customer service following delivery when it was discovered the box containing our son's electronics -- computer, x-box, speakers, etc. -- was missing at delivery. Shaun was very positive and asked for some time to check on what happened -- he kept in touch with me during the two-week period when we were waiting to hear the outcome. Both Shaun and Mike were positive, professional and promised to make things right. Two weeks after the move, our son received a phone call late Sunday afternoon from the driver saying he would be there (in Dallas) in 4 hours and that he had found the missing box -- he did! The box was delivered intact, our son has his electronics back, and Rhino Moving has very satisfied customers in our family! We highly recommend them and will certainly call them for any future moves! more

I can't recommend the company enough!!! Mike booked it and was very helpful with everything. Juan and his crew were my movers. It was a really long day! But they got it done! All of the movers were very friendly, polite and speedy guys, never stopped working, they listened to every concern and were very respectful with my things. Before they left I drove them crazy! I just moved to Orlando (Metro West) with Rhino and was very happy. So happy in fact that one of the first things I'm doing after hooking up the computer is writing about how great the move was. Granted, I did not have that many things, and half of my stuff went to Rhino's storage, but everything went very smoothly. Nothing broke, and everything was packed really well. I had a small move with Rhino Moving, 20 boxes and one dresser. I was extremely happy with the price and how everything went. Movers were very polite and worked fast, they were professional. My phone calls had been returned immediately and all questions were asked. I had a narrow delivery window and my stuff was delivered just on time, I was very happy with that. Nothing was damaged or lost, movers did not complain about stairs and no elevator. I would use Rhino's services in a future if I need to move again. more

I recently moved to the area (partially the reason I don't YET have more reviews) but have to give big thumbs up to the company that moved me. To say I was stressed moving was an understatement! My husband drove me insane, and the kids were completely in their own world (kids) so I was trying to be calm and organized. Boy did Rhino help! I just moved from Miami to San Antonio Texas. I had the best experience with this company. Things went smoothly and was able to contact my representative when i needed and had questions,. I knew where my items were at all times and they came in a timely manor. DO NOT MOVE WITH RHINO THEY WILL LOSE YOUR THINGS! I was moving long distance and had a minimum move. I couldn't believe when 2 of my boxes were lost. The drivers didn't seem to care or take it seriously when the counts didn't add up and two of the numbered labeled boxes didn't turn up at the destination. It seems like losing boxes and items happens often and it's business as usual. The default insurance is weight based and you get pennies for every pound; despite what the account representatives and the receiving movers say you will lose items and boxes and they will claim these items weren't part of your move. After spending many hours documenting the items I lost, emailing and calling both the insurance company and Rhino, and having the claim documentation rejected and having to complete tedious revisions obviously meant to delay resolution, it took 5 months to receive a decision on my claim. In the end, parts of my claim were denied and I received a negligible amount covering almost none of the insured value of my loss. I would not under any circumstance recommend moving with Rhino. I lost items that are priceless memories and heirlooms; to have my loss minimized and my claim partially denied is an insult. Do your research and get referrals and recommendations from people you trust instead of making the mistake of working with or trusting Rhino. If you decide against all odds and negative reviews to work with Rhino, PLEASE take out FULL insurance on your move and carefully itemize and document everything; don't trust anything that has any meaning or significance to you into the careless hands at Rhino, you will regret it. more

This is my third time moving! And Rhino Moving was EXCELLENT! This company is the real deal. I had a great experience with them! I'd heard they were excellent, and for me, they really were. From start to finish, the crew was very polite and accommodating. They worked in our home for two days nonstop! Rhino Moving packed everything for us. These guys were great. Customer service was excellent. I was told from the very beginning I was going to need more boxes than other moving companies were telling me. The onsite estimate process was pleasant and the numbers accurate. The actual move was the cherry on top of the cake! The three guys knew what they were doing and were very careful and extremely accommodating. All of this in a very hot late June Miami afternoon. I couldn't be happier with my decision to hire this company! more

Absolutely a horrible company. This was a day job and I was told that my pick up would be delivered directly to me. Well it wasn't, not only did they take a lot longer than we talked about when I put down the deposit, they tried to charge me extra for medium size pictures, was not friendly during the move, did not communicate when I was wondering where the truck was, they tried 3 days before to change pick up and delivery date (they kept calling me) They had a bunch of guys for the pick up, which was great, but only 2 guys delivering. The 2 guys that were delivering were so tired it took them 3 and half hours to unload and they were dragging their feet, which is expected after they told me how long they were working straight. I found out they had other stops after my pickup and after my delivery. Way over worked. Can't be legal having those 2 guys work so many hours straight. I purely blame the owner of this company (Yoel). I had to actually tell the delivery guys they can't leave till they complete the job. I.E. move certain box's upstairs as they are labeled to go to each room, they didn't want to assemble everything I noticed as well. They never thanked me for my business, there was no courtesy phone call to see how my delivery went from the owner or a rep. Pathetic company. Another one that talks a big game but when moving day comes they can't back it up. more

I can't describe how happy we are with rhino moving. These guys know what they're doing. The movers came a day beore to pack us up. The guy in charge was great and had total control over the move and very easy to deal with. The second day was even better than the first, they were carfeul when they loaded our boxes and furniture in to the truck. The delivery was very fast and the crew that delivered our items in Los Angeles were very nice and patient. These guys are really the best! The price was the same as promised and nothing was broken. I would recommend Rhino Moving to everyone I know! more
