Terrific customer service - great company!\r
Our son recently moved from Miami to Dallas using Rhino for his small amount of belongings. Our first contact with the company was Mike Elk who was excellent to work with -- he genuinely cares about his customers and treated us with courtesy and fairness -- with some humor thrown in. Everything he quoted regarding pick-up, handling, pricing was exactly correct -- we knew what to expect, and there were no changes. Shaun continued the outstanding customer service following delivery when it was discovered the box containing our son's electronics -- computer, x-box, speakers, etc. -- was missing at delivery. Shaun was very positive and asked for some time to check on what happened -- he kept in touch with me during the two-week period when we were waiting to hear the outcome. Both Shaun and Mike were positive, professional and promised to make things right. Two weeks after the move, our son received a phone call late Sunday afternoon from the driver saying he would be there (in Dallas) in 4 hours and that he had found the missing box -- he did! The box was delivered intact, our son has his electronics back, and Rhino Moving has very satisfied customers in our family! We highly recommend them and will certainly call them for any future moves!
