This company just doesn't care about their customers. The internet just went out and it is a clear and beautiful day. yet when it rains it also goes out. They just cost me in a poker tournament, for the umpteenth time! We need to get as many people as possible to protest in front of this in-ept company and DEMAND CHANGES! Resort Tv Cable is Sadly abusing customers. 7/23/2009

Having a big time problem with the company. My mail was lost and I did not receive my bill for June. They disconnected my service and now want $250.00 in order to continue my service. \r They told me I broke the one year contract by terminating my service. I did not terminate, they did. They were supposed to waive the $250. But have not. Told me I had to go to the office and speak to a manager. I live 760 miles away. What's up with this picture? Aslo, my billing keeps changing. Sorry, Sorry, Sorry realtionship with this company. Will have to explore else where. more

Worst service in the world. 12/13/2008

This company said I they could not service me, even though every one around me had service. I finally go a hold of someone who knew their ass form a hole in the ground and was told that they absolutely could give service. After telling me that they had to bore under the ground and charge me 500$ for it, they dropped in a temp. line from the same side of the road. It ran fine for a month and I asked the eng. if they could just burry the line and let it go. I was told that they could but would not say if service would work all the time. I have had good internet service with out interruption for over a year and saved the 500$. The people who work for this company are some of the most unintelligent I have ever had the misfortune to run into. The women who answer the phone are some of the most rude I have ever talked to. They recently had a shut down of service for almost a week and when I complained they gave me 5$ off of a 54$ monthly bill. WOW. As soon as some other system comes availabl more

Worst Cable Service 11/29/2008

This company is the worst ever and they pride themselves on being the worst because they can. You see they have the monoploly here in this town so they can do and charge what ever they like. The customer service office is outside of HotSprings at a call center so they have know idea of what or who they work for and could care less. My cable goes out every time it storms the internet service and the phone service goes out just about every two weeks they dont credit or compensate for anything. I cant wait to get out of this contract with them and get the dish or maybe I will just keep my netflick and watch dvd's. more

Worst Services I have ever had. I was in college and taking alot of on-line classes using their cablelynx service and went down in the middle of the night and the person I called asked me to wait till morning cause they didn't want to go out in the rain but I still got charged full price for the month even though service was down for a few days. That isn't the worst part of it. I decided to cancel their prepaid services in the middle of the month when I went and got on the ATT deal of Internet dish and phone service. Well I am still confused about how they charge me another month of prepaid service I wouldn't use. Now I have a Credit Management Inc. a collection agency out of Texas harassing me about the prepaid service I canceled and come to find out Resort gave them my Social Security Number to these people cause they asked me for the last four numbers of it. The owner of Resort owns the Sentinel Record Paper as well. So I am calling in a lawyer about the harassment I am receiving. S more

The paper this morning advertised the St Louis Cardinals as being on tonight. What is actually showing is something called "Fit TV." There needs to be better coordination between the paper and Resort TV. I planned my evening to watch the game. Disappointing! more

The worst service I have ever received. I had a scheduled appointment to meet the installer at my home. I drove 3 hours to meet the installer and he no showed even after I was told several time he was just running late. The next appointment I set up the installer did a very poor job of installing the cable and had to come back to fix all the problems they created. Including installing the cable in such a way that watter would flow into the house. Once that was done the company called me back to change my fees and contract. Don't even bother calling customer service for help either. They thought it was perfectly acceptable for me to wait 5 hours for an installer who did not show up. \r \r Go with satellite! more

your service is terrible, your service people are not up to par, they can not fix my reception on any thing.i believe these are the lazyest people as well as the rudest people i have ever met.i have called for repair of the wireing to my house almost monthly and still they never fix anything that stays fixed more than a few hours.i am not impressed with your service nor your service people!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

Overpriced 7/30/2005

This is the only cable company available in Hot Springs, and I find them to be higher priced than other cities. Having several satellite companies here, the price seems cheaper. But having to pay over sixty dollars a month for basic cable is unreal. That's not counting the twenty bucks for internet cable. The service also tends to be slow, taking over three weeks to come out to hook up your service. more
