This company is the worst ever and they pride themselves on being the worst because they can. You see they have the monoploly here in this town so they can do and charge what ever they like. The customer service office is outside of HotSprings at a call center so they have know idea of what or who they work for and could care less. My cable goes out every time it storms the internet service and the phone service goes out just about every two weeks they dont credit or compensate for anything. I cant wait to get out of this contract with them and get the dish or maybe I will just keep my netflick and watch dvd's.
