This company said I they could not service me, even though every one around me had service. I finally go a hold of someone who knew their ass form a hole in the ground and was told that they absolutely could give service. After telling me that they had to bore under the ground and charge me 500$ for it, they dropped in a temp. line from the same side of the road. It ran fine for a month and I asked the eng. if they could just burry the line and let it go. I was told that they could but would not say if service would work all the time. I have had good internet service with out interruption for over a year and saved the 500$. The people who work for this company are some of the most unintelligent I have ever had the misfortune to run into. The women who answer the phone are some of the most rude I have ever talked to. They recently had a shut down of service for almost a week and when I complained they gave me 5$ off of a 54$ monthly bill. WOW. As soon as some other system comes availabl
