The worst service I have ever received. I had a scheduled appointment to meet the installer at my home. I drove 3 hours to meet the installer and he no showed even after I was told several time he was just running late. The next appointment I set up the installer did a very poor job of installing the cable and had to come back to fix all the problems they created. Including installing the cable in such a way that watter would flow into the house. Once that was done the company called me back to change my fees and contract. Don't even bother calling customer service for help either. They thought it was perfectly acceptable for me to wait 5 hours for an installer who did not show up. \r
