Landlords Beware! 8/13/2013

I currently use Renter's Warehouse, but my last experience end to end was awful. I had an agent who had terrible attention to detail, poor communication, and was extremely difficult to work with. Everything went smoothly for my first tenants who rented from me for 2 years, but when it came to renting my property again with a new agent everything was chaos. I feel they are growing too fast to accommodate all their clients and do not have the bandwidth to address the needs of their clients. They signed me up for things I never agreed to in the lease or landlord agreements. I almost fired them, but since i was in the middle of a tenant exchange agreement I felt kind of trapped. They re-mediated the issues I had the best they could, but the damage has been done. I do not trust their people to do things the right way anymore or to be thorough enough to really be able to do anything regarding my property without significant oversight from myself. I will most likely NOT be continuing with them after this lease. more

AWESOME to work with 8/12/2013

Both of the ladies we worked with, Kari and Kelly, were more than helpful, professional, and easy to work with. They were always very nice and able to answer all of my questions. They really went above and beyond in the customer service department, and I would recommend them to anyone. If this is how everyone is at this company, this is the way to go!!!! Sean Clark is a great leasing agent 8/9/2013

Sean Clark has been our Leasing Agent for two years now, and we enjoy his thoroughness to our tenants and our property. Among many other items that out-of-state property owners cannot know unless an agent tells them, we are notified when carpets should be cleaned upon move-out in a timely manner. more

Kayla found a tenant for us quickly and explained all of the programs. 8/8/2013

Again, Kayla did a great job for us. We had a few hiccups in our deal, but it worked out ok. Then only comment I would say is that we did receive a verbal comment from Kayla saying that there was a 7-10 day window to cancel a signed lease, but it turned out that that clause had been taken out of the lease, and there was no window. We almost needed to make use of that window, but fortunately, it turned out to be a non-issue. But Kayla did try to work with us and was ready to help us in the situation. more

Very cut and dry. They clearly decsribed the services offered, I informed them of my needs, and they followed through exactly as expected. No selling, prying or nuisance. Using docusign made it even easier, as all forms and signature were completed online, and no meetings or appointments were necessary. If I continue to invest in rental properties I will use renters warehouse as my management company. more

John Moore of Renter's Warehouse was excellent throughout the process of placing a tenant in my condo. Being a first-time renter, I had a lot of questions, and John answered them at every turn, always getting back to me in a very timely manner. John made the whole process stress free and easy to navigate. Renters Warehouse has provided me with great service so far. more

Service is good! 8/4/2013

Renters Warehouse provided a great rental property management service to my parents rental house. The good thing for this company is that they always have someone to answer phone calls. They explain well what their policy is and what fees they charge upfront. I would like to recommend John Moore here to everyone for his tenant placement job done for me, He knows what he is doing and communicates well with owner and responds owner's question and emails in a timely manner. I would like to give him a 5 start rating. more

Justin was very helpful with our rental house 8/3/2013

I appreciate all of the efforts it took to make this happen. We were selling our house and the closing date was delayed several times. Justin helped us work through the delays with the owner of the rental property. Once we had a firm closing date on the home we were selling, Justin gave us a very through walk thru of the rental house. We have moved in and we really like being here. more

Great experience working with Rob Paulno 8/1/2013

I enjoyed working with Rob. He kept me updated on the rental market/tenant search effort. He went out of his way to fix an issue with the sump pump and saved me dollars. Great guy to work with and i will definitely recommend him to my friends. more
