We had water damage after our washing machine upstairs unexpectedly broke. After the machine was fixed, we had the company help dry out the water damage. They were speedy and thorough. We felt them to be honest and professional. and worked within the budget set from my homeowners insurance. I would highly recommend regal restoration to anyone in need of expedient and professional remediation! more

Regal Carpet picked up and delivered my carpet. This was a big help for me since the pick up was at my old house and delivery was at my new residence. The work was done in a very short time, and the cleaning was thorough. They had to move furniture at both ""ends"" and did so carefully. The workers were really professional Highly recommend them. more

This review has been long overdue. They helped us out back in December of 2013. If you have a water damage issue, Stop looking and just call these guys already. They are hands down the best. Danny was and his crew were incredibly professional, punctual, effective, and just all around great people. We had managed to drill into a main water pipe and the water got everywhere downstairs and upstairs. Danny picked up the phone even though it was at a early morning hour. He came over first thing in the morning and gave us a very fair and honest evaluation. His crew was over soon after and went to work. These guys made a terrible situation bearable. Like the previous reviewer it is weird to review a mold specialist, but I was sure glad she had since I used Regal Restoration based on her review. It's a family run business and very professional. The price, although not cheap, was competitive for mold specialists. The owner, Graham, was sweet and kind. He found mold, cleaned the mold, and did the repairs so that everything was in good shape again -probably better since he made sure things were rebuilt to not get mold a second time. If you are concerned with mold, or even just need a wonderful repair crew Regal Restoration is a safe bet. more

Regal Restoration is an outstanding company that not only knows what they are doing, but also provides excellent customer service. My plumbing company, after repairing a broken sewage line, highly recommend Regal Restoration to safely remove the hazardous waste. This company lived up to the recommendation! Everyone I dealt with was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. They contacted me within an hour after the line was repaired and completed the job within hours of that. John, the technician who came out, was polite and respectful of my property. When finished, he explained exactly what he had done and why. I could have not been more pleased or impressed with the expertise and service Regal Restoration provided! I, too, highly recommend them! more

I used Regal Restoration when my pipes broke at my house and flooded the downstairs a few months ago. I had been away for a couple of days, and I came home to a wet disaster and was really worried about mold.My daughter has asthma and I didn't want her to be affected, Danny from Regal Restoration and his crew were on it.They were professional,honest and efficient. I felt completely confident leaving them alone in my home to work while I was gone. They finished the job in a timely manner and their pricing was very fair.I was quoted almost almost double the price from two of the bigger companies out there.I highly recommend them. more

I would like to compliment the level of expertise in which this company handled a problem for me and my business partner recently. It was a Saturday afternoon and our resident manager of our 18 unit apartment building in Ventura called to say that a water line had burst in the ceiling and flooded the basement apartment in 4 inches of water.\r There was a lot of damage to personal property but they were able to manage a disastrous situation into something more manageable in record time. They ascertained the source of the problem and fixed the problem. Thereafter the real work ensued. \r They had to pump out a huge volume of water and then dry out the unit. They were expeditious in their work and compassionate with respect to the resident's situation and loss. They worked will with the insurance claim adjuster and will be finishing up the rebuild this week. \r I am very happy with their work and would strongly recommend them for disaster remediation. more

We worked with each pair continents of times in recent years in both our properties. They are wonderful and we will use them again. We continue to refer them to friends and family, when we hear about the need for rehabilitation. Their service is excellent and they are honest. Presented to dry before we got another quote from restoriation everything dry 4x quoted and charged us. I trust them completely. Thank you all dry! more

I encourage everyone to work with this company \r \r We were AMAZED at the professionalism Regal Restoration when we (fortunately) called them late night about a water debacle at our home! From the initial call (when I was informed who would be coming to my house, expected time of arrival, etcVERY much appreciated, especially given late timing!) through estimate process through completion of work (thankfully with minimal structural disturbance given quick action to get drying process underway immediately!), Ben and his team were astoundingly professional, courteous of our home and schedules, helpful in explaining the steps/rationales and readily available. The stress of an absolute nightmare of a water leak situation was instantly alleviated with the clear mastery of the water restoration process by Ben and this company. They were very courteous, and when they came in I didn't feel threatened in any way. They came in and made us feel extremely comfortable. One of the men called me back after I made the appointment, and I told him I spilled some cranberry juice on the carpet. He said ""you need to go get some white wine and pour it over the spill and it will neutralize the cranberry juice."" And sure enough, it worked. They were helpful in that sense. They were also very efficient and quick. I wouldn't mind having them in my home at any time; they were that personable. Jeremiah is a nice man. And the other guy was good too, I just didn't interact with him that much. They come highly recommended. I had used them before. My friends were highly impressed, and they're hard to impress. Price wise they're perfect. I had a good experience. more

These guys are great. Our place flooded last month and they came in and were quick, professional and most importantly fixed all the water damage! Luckily, it was the first time I ever had to deal with water damage, but they made it easy and painless. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs it. more
