We were AMAZED at the professionalism Regal Restoration when we (fortunately) called them late night about a water debacle at our home! From the initial call (when I was informed who would be coming to my house, expected time of arrival, etcVERY much appreciated, especially given late timing!) through estimate process through completion of work (thankfully with minimal structural disturbance given quick action to get drying process underway immediately!), Ben and his team were astoundingly professional, courteous of our home and schedules, helpful in explaining the steps/rationales and readily available. The stress of an absolute nightmare of a water leak situation was instantly alleviated with the clear mastery of the water restoration process by Ben and this company. I encourage everyone to work with this company...
