They were very courteous, and when they came in I didn't feel threatened in any way. They came in and made us feel extremely comfortable. One of the men called me back after I made the appointment, and I told him I spilled some cranberry juice on the carpet. He said ""you need to go get some white wine and pour it over the spill and it will neutralize the cranberry juice."" And sure enough, it worked. They were helpful in that sense. They were also very efficient and quick. I wouldn't mind having them in my home at any time; they were that personable. Jeremiah is a nice man. And the other guy was good too, I just didn't interact with him that much. They come highly recommended. I had used them before. My friends were highly impressed, and they're hard to impress. Price wise they're perfect. I had a good experience.
