I took my cat which was breathing heavy and her eye was swollen and one of the vets i wont say who, felt around her neck and found a lump, and he/she said it was probably a tumor and that's why she was breathing heavy, he/she then poked a needle in her "tumor" at least five times, last try finally got blood, they did the blood work and told me basically nothing, i got straight to the point and asked what could be done and if we should put her down, i wasn't gonna put her through chemo and whatever else she's 13, and this was such a sudden shock so i made a choice right then to get it over with, two more assistants come in immediately and start to fill the needle, they slide me a piece of paper to sign and ask how I'm going to pay, i had no money on me at the time and this was our vet for 13 years, i told them to just bill me and they said they couldn't.. any pet owner knows how they would be feeling at this point so i just picked her up and told them I'd be in in the next few days when
