I personally think the office is as clean as it could be considering all the animals that go in and out each day. It would be impossible to keep it 100%sterile. I am satisfied with the staff, price and the vet doctors. However, the customer receptionist service is horrible. I've called several times to arrange an appointment after the phone ringing a million times, just to be put on hold for eternity. I've hung up on situations like this just for it to happen again! I've also called on Saturdays or after hours with the knowledge that it will be an answering machine to take my message, just to run into the phone ringing twice then making a horrible beeping sound that last a few seconds. It can be very frustrating. Once I'm there, its okay, but the customer representatives, or answering service they need to improve on, or get another answering machine.
