I was somewhat surprised by the negative reviews as well, but I know everyone's experience is different- especially when you are in such a traumatic situation as your pet being extremely ill. My situation was nothing but positive. I struggled to find an avian vet, new to the area, for my bird who was regurgitating on everything. They fit me in immediately for an emergency appointment. I actually went to the wrong office, so flustered and Dr Reese waited for me, 20 minutes late. He was so gentle and informative about my bird. The bill was very reasonable for what we had done, and the medication. He even checked the next day with me personally. Since then, I have followed up and immediately received a response on my questions. My little guy is not over the hump yet, but definitely better.
