Not one thing in the process of having my cat fixed and declawed went right with this clinic. I was quoted a price at the time of booking the appointment. when I arrived on the day of the appointment, I was quoted a price that was $50 more than the original price. I went through with the procedure because I did not want to put my cat through another transport in the car that was unnecessary. I made sure that the agreed upon price was noted on the paperwork that I was signing. I called the next morning to check on my cat and verified amount due. I was then told that the total bill was $343. I asked why my bill was added to without my knowledge and the woman stated that they had taken it upon themselves to treat my cat for fleas without my consent even though I had told the vet at the initial appointment that he had already been treated for fleas 2 days prior to his appointment at the vet.
