REDI THEIF MOVERS!!!!Try not to steal jewelry from your clients. HORRIBLE service.\r They stole earrings that were on the counter. Long story short, they are a bunch of thieves. Beware! If you don't watch them, they will take your stuff. Oh! They didn't finish everything they were supposed to do. They were in a rush to leave. I now know why. Office was very unprofessional, rude, and accused us of lying about the earrings. Even after we sent receipts of the recently purchased (expensive) earrings. more

I requested a quote online, had it confirmed by the secretary, had my move scheduled, and then didn't receive the confirmation email from them for a few days. I followed up today (3 days before we had discussed pickup) and the secretary transferred me to the owner. He said they couldn't do the move for the price quoted and that he was sorry that no one contacted me letting me know. He was pleasant on the phone. But now I have 3 days to try and find someone else to move all my stuff. more

I am very pleased with the service that Redi-Care Movers provided to me. We moved from NC to MA in August 2011. I had never used a moving company before. They arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. They were very friendly and professional at both ends of my move. Moving can be very stressful, but the movers helped to ease my nervousness. They were very thorough with the packing and worked as a team. I would highly recommend them for any move. I was so pleased with the move, that I am thinking of using them again for my upcoming move in June. more

Ok, as most of us know, moving is stressful. It doesn't matter if it's across the country or around the corner, as it was in my case. My appointment was for 12:30 on a Saturday. 12:30 comes and goes and so does 2 p.m.. By this time I am fuming because they were late. I called the only number they gave me and left 4-5 messages, with no return phone call. Their ad advertises they are open 9-5, without specifying what days. I had to be out of my old apartment that day. Hysteria began to set in. Finally, at 2:30, I get a phone call that they just found out about my move and would be there soon. They did show up at 2:45 and I made it clear, I was not paying for more than 2 hours. When it came to disconnecting my W/D, they had no tools on their truck. I spent some time trying to track down pliers. For the most part, the guys were very professional and I came to find out, they were handed my job last minute but they did do a very good job anyway. I have used the services of local movers in Raleigh, NC several times through the years yet I had never used this company before. I was so pleasantly surprised to discover I had made such a good choice, Pros: Efficient, professional, courteous, hard working. Cons: N/A more

My experience with these movers was very good. I was able to book them for a short distance move with only a week's notice. The two men sent were very careful with the furniture and wrapped everything in protective wrap. These guys hustled the whole time, were polite and got the move done in a shorter time than I had allowed. Would definitely use them again. more
