I requested a quote online, had it confirmed by the secretary, had my move scheduled, and then didn't receive the confirmation email from them for a few days.
I followed up today (3 days before we had discussed pickup) and the secretary transferred me to the owner. He said they couldn't do the move for the price quoted and that he was sorry that no one contacted me letting me know. He was pleasant on the phone.
But now I have 3 days to try and find someone else to move all my stuff.
