Joe Keenan made my first time home buying experience easy and comfortable. I contacted Joe, told him what I was looking for, and he set me up an Austin Realty online account complete with pictures, maps, and prices of available homes. I selected the ones I liked and we were physically viewing within days. Joe pointed out things that I didn't even think of (Example: the master bedroom being separate from the other bedrooms provides more privacy) and was very helpful in every aspect of the search. I could instantly tell if I liked a house or not and Joe would be right there with me - ready to leave at a moment's notice or ready to call the seller if I was very interested. Never trying to talk me into something I didn't want or making excuses for a lackluster home. A few of the houses I picked were near railroad tracks and he told me up front that not only will the train whistle wake me up at night, but reselling would be very difficult. I was just looking for a place to store my junk, but Joe came at it from all sides, informed me of the various aspects of home ownership, and guided me to make a wise thoughtful decision that I'm very proud of. I would recommend Joe to anyone that is seriously interested in buying a house. Weekends were the only time I could view homes and Joe understood completely. Every weekend Joe and I would go looking at available houses until I found the right one. His flexibility was impeccable. I also appreciated his willingness to help on all levels even though I wasn't buying a very expensive home. Joe answered every question I had, helped me get a fantastic deal, and made me feel more like family than just another customer. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Cati Hall. We just purchased a house in Austin and used Cati as our agent. First of all, she made herself available to show us houses whenever we chose (and we looked at many). When problems arose, she attacked them and we didn't have to lift a finger....whether it was working with agents, lenders or contractors...she was there every step of the way, always with a positive attitude. My wife and I felt like we were her only clients and yet I know she is a very busy realtor. I feel like she's a part of the family now. Rosalia was recommended to us by a friend after Rosalia helped her successfully sold her house for over list price in a very competitive market. As first home buyers, my wife and I did not have a feel of what kind of house we should buy. In addition, I am sensitive to a lot of chemicals and odors so our choices were very limited. What can I say about someone who generally cares about your family as if they were her own? We moved from out of state and Michelle lead us through the complicated process of not only finding a rental in a place we'd not been to in years, that was safe and a good distance from work. But she also helped us a year later when we bought in our new home city. Though the rental was an easy one, we'd never rented a home before, and she did a great job of holding our hand through the entire process. She also visited the property since we could not, to make sure it was indeed as it was described. The buying of a house was way more complicated, as we dealt with older sellers, and the other agent was less than helpful. Michelle again surpassed what our expectations were, and carried us through to a great closing. I will and already do recommend her, I have bought many homes, but never run into a more thorough and thoughtful agent. more

Beverly helped us recently in purchasing our first home and she was fantastic. She always answered our questions within a matter of hours even during off hours (weekends/middle of the night). During our home search I was deployed overseas while my wife did the initial searches with Beverly. Despite my anxiety of being removed from the process, Beverly always had our interests in mind and helped us find a home we love. The first time I ever talked to Marcia Kim at Realty Austin on the phone, she talked to me the way someone who has known you forever would talk to you. That's awesome! We just closed yesterday on our first home, YAY, thanks to Marcia. I am a very BIG worry wart and she picked up on that immediately! She kept me calm and us informed throughout the whole process. We used Realty Austin for a recent home purchase. Our agents were Erin and Sony Bara and they worked as a team to find us a home that met our needs. We were on a very short time-frame to find the right house and they found it for us within 8-10 days. We just closed on it last week and from beginning to end it was an excellent experience. I would consider my wife and I as a difficult client for a realtor. We came down over a year ago and joe took us around and continually sent us listings knowing ew were not looking to buy for at least 6 monthes. We call him back a year later syaing we were intersted in buying again and he happily took us around again. He worked with us as we lowballed some sellers advising us what a good price for the houses were and knowing they would accept our offers. finally we just closed on a house were we got a great deal where we got the house for over $22/SF less than asking. more
