I cannot say enough wonderful things about Cati Hall. We just purchased a house in Austin and used Cati as our agent. First of all, she made herself available to show us houses whenever we chose (and we looked at many). When problems arose, she attacked them and we didn't have to lift a finger....whether it was working with agents, lenders or contractors...she was there every step of the way, always with a positive attitude. My wife and I felt like we were her only clients and yet I know she is a very busy realtor. I feel like she's a part of the family now. I would recommend Cati to anyone...regardless of whether you are buying or selling. Very simply...you will not find a more dedicated and talented realtor. She does all the things that other agents are too lazy to do.
