What can I say about someone who generally cares about your family as if they were her own? We moved from out of state and Michelle lead us through the complicated process of not only finding a rental in a place we'd not been to in years, that was safe and a good distance from work. But she also helped us a year later when we bought in our new home city.
Though the rental was an easy one, we'd never rented a home before, and she did a great job of holding our hand through the entire process. She also visited the property since we could not, to make sure it was indeed as it was described.
The buying of a house was way more complicated, as we dealt with older sellers, and the other agent was less than helpful. Michelle again surpassed what our expectations were, and carried us through to a great closing.
I will and already do recommend her, I have bought many homes, but never run into a more thorough and thoughtful agent.
