I am a homeowner and use this company to manage my property in Gaithersburg. I have found them to be very responsive and helpful whenever I have a question or concern. I appreciate that they can handle all of the maintenance on my rental and at very good prices. I find that their rates are below any handyman service that I have called. more

I have been a tenant with RPM for 2 years. The place that I am renting has had several maintenance issues in the past 2 years and these guys have been very good at taking care of these issues. I wish there were fewer issues with my place, but I am glad these guys can take care of all the issues! I would definitely rent from them again. more

The staff acts as a liaison to address and correct problems as they arise with tenants. This allows me to stay away from landlord-tenant issues. They coordinate the collection of rents and delinquent charges for my properties on a continuing basis. I have been working with them for the past two years and have had excellent services from them. more

Three months ago, I had to relocate to Italy for work. I have always been skeptical of property management companies but I wanted to give RP management Capital a chance. I sincerely do not regret using their services. I sent in an email requesting information and was immediately contacted. They answered all of my questions and listed my property immediately. It has been a great experience. more

Every property management company has minor hiccups and issues but the response from the property management company is what separates the great from the terrible. Real Property Management has always been very helpful through thick and thin. If you take the time to work with a management company (and also understand that you are one of many people renting) you will get your issue resolved. I have had any problem that wasn’t solved and I appreciate the very tech guys who come out to fix whatever I need. I also think that the value of apartment that you get for the money is superb and that the appropriate amount of upkeep is done to the buildings. more

I was previously with a different management company before switching to RPM and the difference is like comparing night and day. RPM now manages two of my properties and they do all the maintenance required before renting it out and upkeep with it. I am very happy we work so well together. more
