Real Property Management's staff are very knowledgeable in regards to lease requirements, and know how to effectively enforce them. My tenants and I are completely satisfied with their service. In the metropolitan area, RPM is surely the best. They can absolutely be trusted with your home! more

This is an awful company. Scam,scam,scam take your money some where else. I should have been tipped off by the terrible condition their office is in. RPM stole $2K fom me, I have filed a case with Montgomery county to report them and have been told by the court I am correct and that I'm not the only one who has reported this company. Terrible people, morally unethical, highly unprofessional. more

Real Property Management has been so helpful it has really been amazing. When a tenant fell behind on rent they went to bat for me right away. Because I live out of state, they were able to appear in court on my behalf, and worked with the proper officials to get the tenant to pay the large balance they owed. more

Thanks to Real Property Management, I have a great tenant living in my rental house. RPM has a direct deposit program so rent is never late, and is always in my account in time for paying my bills. They have a very selective screening system so you know you will have good tenants. more

As a remote owner, RPM's online systems have been extremely convenient. I'm relived to know that I can check so many details of my property (payments, bills, expenses, statements) from anywhere! This is such a great feature. RPM is the best property management company I've ever worked with. more
