I've had no problem with them in three years so far. My payments are deposited on time and inspections have been done in a timely manner to ensure that my home is well kept. A+!! more

RPM addresses all maintenance issues in a timely manner. Each time I make a request for repair the tech always accommodates my schedule. I call that outstanding service! Thanks RPM!! more

I've been renting from Real Property Management Capital for about two years. I moved from Denver, and I was concerned about finding a home to fit my taste. The professionals at RPM helped me find the right home that was in my price range and provided plenty of assistance throughout the process. I was very pleased to see how devoted they are to making sure I was happy and at ease during the move-in. They were responsive to all of my needs as a tenant! more

The team at RPM are the best! They are courteous, professional, and most importantly, customer friendly. As a customer, I expect the best service. They keep me in the loop with all issues, and their maintenance crews take great care of my home. They are the best and their services are worth the money you pay!! more

I have nothing but good things to say about RPMC services. This company has dealt with all the ""headaches"" of being a landlord from rent collection to maintenance issues. This company is very responsive. They make collections for the rent and then have it directly deposited into my bank account without any problems. They provide monthly accounting statements and have been doing a great job communicating with me. I know they always have my best interests in mind. more
