I have used several lawns services in the past, and for the first time I'm pleased with the service. Not only has Real Green serviced my lawn, trees, and shrubs, but they have helped me by explaining to me how to water and mow my lawn. They also tested my soil so they could do what my lawn needed, not what my neighbors needed. My lawn and landscape has never looked better, even in this hot dry weather we are having. We signed up for service with Real Green over seven months ago. Our yard looks worse that it did to begin with. I have called in to report this to their customer service three times! No one has returned my calls! On top of that, no one has been to our yard to service it in over two months yet they continue to draft the money out of our account. We have other lawn companies stop by our house on a weekly basis trying to offer us services because our lawn obviously needs help! I do not recommend this service at all! I have been looking for a professional lawn care service since early Janurary. Everyone who I have inquired about either said they would be out or they would call me back. I travel all the time so calling me back and not showing up does not work into my schedule. I made a call to Real Green and informed them what kind of service I needed. They mentioned they service my area and would like to stop by and take a look at my lawn. After speaking to the gentleman who came out, I was informed that I had some grub damage in my yard and suggested we treat that first and then worry about the grass. Really great service. Great price. I like that I am supporting a locally owned business. I am an elementary school teacher so I have to be careful where I spend every penny. It has been a tough decision on what company would give me the most for my buck. I tried one of their competitors(wont mention any names) and wasted my money for 3 months with no results...at all!!! I HAVE GONE THRU 4 DIFFERENT LAWN CARE COMPANIES IN THE PAST 5 YEARS! I WAS JUST ABOUT TO GIVE UP AND TAKE CARE OF IT MYSELF WHEN I FOUND REALGREEN'S WEBSITE. I WAS IMPRESSED BY HOW QUICKLY THEY CAME OUT TO LOOK AT MY LAWN, THEY EVEN SENT OUT SOMEONE THAT CLEARLY KNEW WHAT HE WAS TALKING ABOUT INSTEAD OF SOME PUSHY SALESMAN. I WAS TOLD WHAT I COULD EXPECT FROM MY LAWN AND BROUGHT BACK DOWN TO EARTH WHEN I WAS TOLD IT WAS GOING TO TAKE ABOUT 6 MONTHS TO HAVE THE FILLED IN GREEN LAWN THAT I WANTED. I ALSO LIKED THE IDEA THAT I WAS OFFERED THREE DIFFERENT PACKAGES DEPENDING ON MY LAWN CARE NEEDS. I WENT WITH THE ALL INCLUSIVE PROGRAM TO PUT THE LAWN PROBLEM INTO THEIR HANDS. THAT WAS ALL 4 MONTHS AGO, I COULDNT BE HAPPIER WITH THE SERVICE. THEY CALL ME TO LET ME KNOW WHEN THEY ARE COMMING AND WHAT THEY ARE GOING TO DO. I HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS COMPANY TO EVERYONE! Even before I moved to Austin from out of state, I'd found Real Green Lawns and thought they sounded great. Immediately after moving into my house, I contracted with them for lawn service, and paid extra for enhanced services, which were allegedly fire ant control and twice-annual aeration. They advertise ""Visible Results or Your Money Back"", though if you click through the link for the ""Real Green Money Back Guarantee,"" what you find is this: ""Visible results, Guaranteed! Our Lawn Care Program Guarantee: I Guarantee your satisfaction. We will work until you are satisfied with your lawn. If my technicians can't solve your problem, I will do it personally. No exceptions. Best Regards, Pros: They didn't burn down my house Cons: Work is mediocre, promises aren't kept, clients get insulted, and their ""guarantee"" is a sham. more

I have been using this company for about 2 years now, and have had excellent results. They are most knowledgeable. I have had several conversations with the owner and he was very easy to get hold of and quick to come out. (He even set up my sprinkler for me.) I recently started using them for my pest control, and have had equally exceptional experiences. Its amazing to me that I was able to find a company like this in todays world.
