We signed up for treatments last summer and they burned our lawn out... big patches of yellow grass throughout our backyard. They seemed to feel bad and offered a free treatment/discount so we remained a customer. My husband worked and watered diligently to get the lawn back. This summer he, also, sodded a section of the front lawn that was bare (not their fault). Because of the extra water and sod investment and the previous bad experience, he spoke to the office and the person who treated the lawn and asked that they call before each treatment so he would know what they are doing and when they were going to do it. They agreed but only called once. After that, they just showed up w/o calling and again turned our back lawn yellow again. My husband thinks it's because they treated the lawn in the middle of the day when it was hot. We complained and cancelled our service. We received a bill, called to discuss, adjustments were to be made. Today we received a letter from an attorney that they had sent us to a collection agency for $47.63. No call, no consideration that we were a disgruntled customer... just straight to a collection agency! Don't use them... it will cost you in extra watering and maintenance to correct their mistakes and you will find the expertise and customer service are not professional.
