Re-Bath

I set an appointment at the sarasota home show for 6 pm today, at 645 I called to find out where the man was on,y to find out he was not coming and was "broke down", after speaking with the gentleman who was going to come out and a manager, no one seemed to care that I would take my business elsewhere, not what you would expect with a down economy, at least ACT concerned! I will NOT recommend your business to anyone else and will not do business with your company! Tammi I would have rated NO stars if it would have let me. more

Re-Bath was responsive to my scheduling needs and did the tub to shower installation at a time we mutually agreed. The installers were informative, explaining steps they were doing in the conversion process. They worked skillfully,efficiently and neatly. I found communication with the company office friendly, easy and professional. I am happy I choose Re-Bath to do the tub to shower make over for me. GREAT from start to finish. more

The installers did a great job - they were professional, cleaned up and were informative and on time. The tub/shower looks amazing! The only drawback was they were over a month late with receiving the materials. Once they received it, they were qick to install. It took one full day, just like we were told. more

My contract for the shower was made on 3/28/11 and it indicated it would be completed in 4 to 5 weeks. I called on 4/27 to check on the status of my order and was informed that everything was in except for the shower pan and that everything would be installed within 2 weeks. I called back on 5/11 and was told they were still waiting on the shower pan and they would call me back later that day or the next morning as to the status. That did not happen so I sent an email to Jim Bennett on 5/12 who wrote the original sale and he returned it on 5/13 indicating he had made a mistake on the original order. On 5/17 I got a call from Daryl who said they were ready to install but did not have the shower doors. I told him about everything being in except the shower pan and he said he was new on the scheduling job and that the shower pan was in but not the doors. I told him I did not want to start the installation and then have to wait on the doors for it to be completed. He called back and said he had confirmation that the doors would be on Friday and he would bring them out to the installers so they could start and complete the job on Friday 5/5/20. I told him that was OK and also said that when the first salesman Mike had given me the intial estimate he said the job could take a day and a half. I asked if they started on Friday would I have to wait until Monday to have it completed and he said no that they would complete it on Saturday. The installers I believe a Mike and Jeramie came on Fiday and were very good. Mike said he was sorry to have to inform me that the shower door track came in damaged and that they were trying to see if they could get a new one in. By the way I never did hear anything from Daryl who had said he would keep me informed when I talked to him on the 17th. The installers did leave to go back to the shop to check on the status. I called a couple of hours later and talked to Mike who said that if the new doors came in later on Friday he would come out Saturday morning and install them and even offered to bring out a shower curtain rod if they did not. I thanked him and said I did not want him to have to go get a shower curtain rod. I then got a call from Steve Bennett and he said he did not know if the doors would be Friday but would call me back and let me know. He did call back and sdaid it would be Monday morning 5/23 and I then scheduled the job to be completed on Monday afternoon 5/23. Another installer did come on Monday afternoon and did a good job of completeing the install. He said he had a text message that I owed a balance of $2119. The paper work he had showed that the total price was $4200 and I had paid $2100 so I said all I owe is $2100. I hope that is what shows up on my next charge statement and not $2119. more

Re-Bath Tampa Bay came in and did a great job and cleaned up more than I expected. The installers went above and beyond. They were true professionals. It was everything they promised it would be. They were cheaper then their competitors and I had other estimates. Re-Bath was the best! I'd definitely use them again and recommend them too! more

Although my husband was the first to research Re-Bath for the remodeling of our two bathrooms, it was I he brought to the showroom to convince--and I was speechless when I saw their beautiful models! Now, after completion of our project, I have not only the highest regard for their product; but also respect for the willingness of their staff to answer all our questions (and there were many!) and the professional way in which their installers performed their work. We are so pleased. The finished remodeling is absolutely gorgeous and we would highly--and unhesitatingly--recommend their product and service to anyone and believe me when I say hubby and I are very exacting! more

ON APRIL 12,2011, I HAD RE-BATH REMOVE MY EXISTING TUB AND INSTALL A WALK-IN-SHOWER WITH ALL THE TRIMMINGS. AT 8:45am, I WAS CALLED BY YOUR TECHNICIANS WHO INFORMED ME THEY WOULD BE AT MY UNIT BY 9:15am. AT 9:15, THEY KNOCKED AT MY DOOR. WHAT ENSUED WAS THE REMOVAL OF THE TUB AND THE NEW INSTALLATIION. I FOUND THEM VERY POLITE, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. THEY ALSO COVERED MY RUG WITH A DROP CLOTH AND WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED, THEY LEFT ME COMPLETE INSTRUCTIONS ON WHAT I NEEDED TO DO AND WHEN, FOLLOWED UP BY A WRITTEN SUMMARY. ON APRIL 21st, 2011 I HAD THE SHOWER ENCLOSURE INSTALLED AT MY REQUEST. THE SAME COURTEOUS SERVICE WAS AFFORDED ME AND THE INSTALLER CALLED ME BEFORE HAND WITH HIS ARRIVAL TIME, WHICH WAS RIGHT ON THE NOSE, AND HIS EXPERT INSTALLATION AND FOLLOW-UP INSTRUCTIONS WERE TOP NOTCH. I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND RE-BATH AND I CAN TELL WHOEVER(OR WHOMEVER)READS MY REVIEW YOU CAN NEVER GO WRONG WITH RE-BATH OF TAMPA BAY. I CHECKED THEM OUT WITH PINELLAS COUNTY CONSTRUCTION LICENSING BOARD; PINELLAS COUNTY CONSUMER AFFAIRS; AND THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. ALL HAD POSITIVE COMMENTS ABOUT RE-BATH, AND I WILL ADD MY COMMENTS TO THEM ABOUT THIS EXCELLENT COMPANY. more

I saw The Re-Bath booth at a home show and was impressed with the quality of the material. I picked up a brochure and made an appointment for an estimate. We met with Chris Gibbons and she sold us on Re-bath. Our installers (Gary and Chris) Arrived early on a Friday morning and began installation of our new shower. Both were very professional and courteous. They put down drop cloths to protect our floors and proceeded with their work. That night we had a beautiful new shower installed where our 50 year old shower used to be. AWESOME JOB guys and thak you for being so professional. I wanted to share my ReBath experience and my approval of the job. I am a single Mom of 2 and as most, concerned when someone comes into my home to try and "sell" me something. I am happy to report I felt no pressure and was convinced I hired a good company to remodel my master bath shower. Thank you for allowing me to make a decision that I felt 100 comfortable with. I love my new shower.....if I could only keep the kids out of it as it's become the most popular room in the house. more

We were totally satisfied with the work Re-Bath Tampa Bay did for us. The salesperson comes out and go over your plans with you, so you can be sure you'll get what you planned for. I suggest taking time to go to the showroom, to really see the colors and how things will look. Basically, I think that the only thing was that the entire process, from the quote to the actual installation, took longer than we expected. However, we understand that it was because we were waiting for things to come in. However, once everything came in, they called me right away and gave me a starting date. Then, when they were on their way over they called me and gave me a starting time. They were prompt and professional and got right to work. We enjoyed getting to know them, since they're there for a few days. They were very personable and hard-working. We think they did a wonderful job. We would definitely use them again. We had a walk-in shower that was very small and difficult to clean, with a door that didn't fit right. We went to Re-Bath Tampa Bay and the salesperson was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. They never tried to talk us into anything we didn't want or need. I really liked their large variety of choices. The crew came out on one of the worst days of those awful tornadoes and our power went out. They did as much as they could with flashlights, but came back the next day to finish up. We are very happy with the results, we think we got exactly what we were after. more

Having been a GC in my early years and then a Finish Carpenter later in life I was quite skeptical as to whether or not they could, or would, actually do everything they said they would during the ordering and Installation procces. With a busy lifestyle, I didnt have the time or patience to go months with a bathroom rip out. ReBath was able to remodel my bathroom in Tampa in days, not weeks. The installation was quick and the results were awesome. Thanks for a job well done! more

I had a tub to shower conversion done by Re-Bath Tampa Bay. I had tile walls with an old steel tub that was rusted. They pulled out the tub, pulled out the old tile, put in a new shower pan, and put the materials on the walls. Everything went smoothly. The installers were great. Every step of the way they told me what they were doing. They cleaned up after themselves, and cleaned up as they went through the day, so they didn't make a mess. They were really mindful of the house. The material is great; it is everything they said it would be. It is super easy to clean and seems durable. I haven't had any problems with the durability. Overall, I am really happy with it. There was a little bit of a communication issue about the timing on the installation, which is why I gave them a 4, but it is not like they did anything wrong. It was just that the communication about when the material came in and the installation scheduling could have improved. It is a great company with great people. They are very polite and easy to deal with. I thought that every step of the way, sales to installers to the product, was great. It was awesome. more

Re-Bath Tampa Bay was very efficient; they were in and out in one day. I had them do the walk-in shower in the second bathroom. I researched tile first, but it was much more time consuming. This was all done in one day. I was very pleased. The installers were great. They were very courteous and professional. They answered all my questions before I even hired them, and the installers also answered any questions I had. They returned all my calls quickly. They were also very clean. There was no mess when they were done. It was a good experience. The product is great. It is so easy to clean. I just have to spray it, wipe it down, and then it is done. There is no scrubbing involved. The clean up and maintenance makes it so worth it. Definitely go with Re-Bath Tampa Bay; they even work with their customers for financing. more
