Review content:
I had a tub to shower conversion done by Re-Bath Tampa Bay. I had tile walls with an old steel tub that was rusted. They pulled out the tub, pulled out the old tile, put in a new shower pan, and put the materials on the walls. Everything went smoothly.
The installers were great. Every step of the way they told me what they were doing. They cleaned up after themselves, and cleaned up as they went through the day, so they didn't make a mess. They were really mindful of the house.
The material is great; it is everything they said it would be. It is super easy to clean and seems durable. I haven't had any problems with the durability. Overall, I am really happy with it.
There was a little bit of a communication issue about the timing on the installation, which is why I gave them a 4, but it is not like they did anything wrong. It was just that the communication about when the material came in and the installation scheduling could have improved.
It is a great company with great people. They are very polite and easy to deal with. I thought that every step of the way, sales to installers to the product, was great. It was awesome.
