One of the best experiences I've ever had with a plumber was with Rapid Plumbing. The man that came out was so helpful, so kind, and courteous, that I would recommend him to anybody. They have wonderful people working for them and I'm very impressed with them. more

Another repair company came really ripped us off so I'm thankful for Rapid Plumbing who were professionals. They did a wonderful job and even worked more to make the finished product even better. more

Although they advertised less than an hour response it took over two hours. My only complaint. The service was excellent. more

When I first called Rapid Plumbing I needed to have a major job done. The guy who came in to perform the work did his job very well and overall he was a nice and friendly person, however, I felt that he tried to upsell me. I was greatly displeased with the fact that he was trying to charge me more than I thought was appropriate but I sill appreciated their service. more

The piping in our home was installed incorrectly initially, so we have had about 50 plumbers out in the 13 years we have lived here. The last plumber came out just 3 days before we called Rapid Plumbing. A gentleman from Rapid Plumbing came on Christmas Eve because we had an overflowing laundry area (not the first time this has happened). The first thing that made it worthy of five stars to me was that he was being really friendly about the situation. We were in the middle of our Christmas activities, so that was the last thing we needed. It was an ugly situation, and taking place at nighttime. The Rapid plumber went ahead and investigated our piping system to find the problem spots. He took his time to really figure it out. We were telling him of some problem areas that we regularly have because of the botched installation and saying we just needed those cleaned out yet again. Well, he went far and above that by looking at and REALLY investigating the areas. Usually people come in, grab the snake, then leave. That's how we ended up having to have another plumber just days later. He took the care to find out exactly WHY it was overflowing. This guy came in and took much more time to think it through and figure out what was going on. After looking at everything, he called us out and showed us exactly what was wrong. He explained everything in-depth. He ended up cleaning out the troubled areas really well, with my husband helping him a little. Then to make sure the extra stuff that could cause a clog was gone, he poured in more pipe cleaner solution to really get all of the dirt and material in there. He even got a flashlight to go under the house and see if he could find more key area that were connected to the problem. Thanks to this service by Rapid Plumbing, we are no able to do laundry and do the dishes at the same time, for the first time in 13 years. We were SO shocked when we could do this without any overflowing issues. The care and attention shown by this plumber absolutely blew us away. more

the guy's name is Josh. He charged me 575 for a garbage disposal which costs about $87 in home depot. I didn't realize it until I paid. I learned a lesson and paid price for my ignorance. more

Overall very curtious from initial call thru dispatch followup to give status of servicing arrival time thru completion of work. more

First of all, I got Rapid Plumbing out of the Yellow Pages. I spoke to the representative and told her the situation with my toilet. She sent two young men out. I can't remember both of the technicians' names, but I know that one was named Joshua. When they got here, I introduced myself at the door. They put on some booties to cover their shoes because I do have carpets on my floor. I appreciated that. I'm not the type of person who thinks that my belongings are better than anyone else's, but I like to take care of what I have. They were very polite. We had a great conversation while they were here. They gave me a direct quote and said they would take care of me. Just as they were almost finished, they realized they needed one other part. They left to get that, came back immediately, and finished it. more

Rapid Plumbing did so much. They closed the door that goes to the area of the water flooding and they will be back on Friday to open it up again, so I'll be able to see the results then. They had excellent customer service. The personnel on the job, their cleanliness, and their thoroughness are all spectacular. I'll know how things turned out on Friday when they come back in and take out the equipment that's in there. more

The company was very good about communication and a speedy response. The plumber was very friendly, but for the job he was doing he only had one towel with him. He asked to use mine, some paper towels, and a shop vac to clean up excess water and grime. When he left, there were old parts just laying on the ground and pools of water in multiple rooms. He didn't bother to clean up after himself and came very unprepared to deal with any mess. more

When Rapid Plumbing came in, I felt very comfortable with them. That's often not the case when you have someone around your home. One was a regular worker, and the other was a trainee. They were both very pleasant and sure to explain everything they did. They also cleaned up after themselves, so I didn't have a mess in my home. That's unusual for a plumbing service! After they left, I called the company to say how satisfied I was with everything. more

Couldn't be happier - we had a plumbing leak in the attic that was going to damage the ceiling beneath it, and needed to be repaired immediately - late Sunday afternoon on a holiday weekend. Called Rapid Plumbing, they had two technicians at the house in less than an hour, had the leak repaired in short order. Just couldn't be more pleased with their service! more

Mike was very clean, prompt and courteous. He explained what had happened and how to better care for my system They still use antiquated billing with carbon copies - and had to use a credit card debit sheet to bill. Would be much easier if they used something like the Square, Pay Pal or Intuit card swipe - but eh service was good. more

I found the experience very unprofessional and crafty. Apparently a plumber's most important job is to be a crook especially with seniors. Technician wanted to charge $500 to clear a drain that he said would take two to three hours. Well, after 45 minutes, the drain was cleared. I paid him far less and the lead tech complained profusely...giving me all sorts of reasons why I should pay him more. Additionally, they walked thru my entire house with dirty feet before I noticed. Then they put on their blue slippers. Found black debris, dirt and hopefully not sewer matter on my tile floors. . Had to spend hours washing the floors, and vacuuming the runners. I was appalled when he followed me into my office which was on opposite end of house from the plumbing issue. more

It was an out on the porch type faucet broken. My newly purchased faucet was used after a piece of pipe was soldered on to main water pipe. It works well and we are satisfied. I didn't quibble about price but $350.00 is pretty steep. Maybe that is because we have not needed a plumber for several years. more
