First of all, I got Rapid Plumbing out of the Yellow Pages. I spoke to the representative and told her the situation with my toilet. She sent two young men out. I can't remember both of the technicians' names, but I know that one was named Joshua.
When they got here, I introduced myself at the door. They put on some booties to cover their shoes because I do have carpets on my floor. I appreciated that. I'm not the type of person who thinks that my belongings are better than anyone else's, but I like to take care of what I have.
They were very polite. We had a great conversation while they were here. They gave me a direct quote and said they would take care of me. Just as they were almost finished, they realized they needed one other part. They left to get that, came back immediately, and finished it.
