The piping in our home was installed incorrectly initially, so we have had about 50 plumbers out in the 13 years we have lived here. The last plumber came out just 3 days before we called Rapid Plumbing. A gentleman from Rapid Plumbing came on Christmas Eve because we had an overflowing laundry area (not the first time this has happened).
The first thing that made it worthy of five stars to me was that he was being really friendly about the situation. We were in the middle of our Christmas activities, so that was the last thing we needed. It was an ugly situation, and taking place at nighttime. The Rapid plumber went ahead and investigated our piping system to find the problem spots. He took his time to really figure it out. We were telling him of some problem areas that we regularly have because of the botched installation and saying we just needed those cleaned out yet again.
Well, he went far and above that by looking at and REALLY investigating the areas. Usually people come in, grab the snake, then leave. That's how we ended up having to have another plumber just days later. He took the care to find out exactly WHY it was overflowing. This guy came in and took much more time to think it through and figure out what was going on.
After looking at everything, he called us out and showed us exactly what was wrong. He explained everything in-depth. He ended up cleaning out the troubled areas really well, with my husband helping him a little. Then to make sure the extra stuff that could cause a clog was gone, he poured in more pipe cleaner solution to really get all of the dirt and material in there.
He even got a flashlight to go under the house and see if he could find more key area that were connected to the problem. Thanks to this service by Rapid Plumbing, we are no able to do laundry and do the dishes at the same time, for the first time in 13 years. We were SO shocked when we could do this without any overflowing issues. The care and attention shown by this plumber absolutely blew us away.
