Ordered bone-in ribeye ($40) and lamb chops ($30).\r
Ribeye was excellent quality, but they had a difficult time cooking it correctly.\r
Waiter claimed that my steak, which was abotu 50% brown/and 50% pink was a medium (it was medium well in my opinion).\r
But as I siad, great piece of quality meet (if only it was cooked right).\r

Lamb chops --STAY AWAY FROM THIS ITEM!\r
4 VERY small chops, dry, over cooked (probably because way too thin to control temperature), and way over salted/seasoned --to the point that you could not taste the lamb at all.\r
Honestly, Outback has way better lamb chops than Randy's. (Stick with classic steaks at Randy's --they should be ashamed to have the lamb chops on the menu). It is also unpleasant to have a 3 figure meal and leave hungry enough (my wife who had the lamb) that she went home and immediately ahd to eat.\r

Asside from the above, I didn't appreciate having a 20% forced gratuity built in to the check. (we were a party of 8 which is probably why). But forcing 20% (vs. 15 or 18), when the waiter's attidude and service was mediocre seemed wrong.\r

Note: onion rings avertiser was excellent. In fact, the onion rings were far more enjoyable than the $30 sub-standard, tiny lamb chops. lol
Pros: Cozy env, high quality beef cuts
Cons: Medicore service, inability to cook right, over priced
