I was in and out with a check in hand in 5 minutes.I found my gold chain was worth more as scrap gold then is was when i bought in new.This place was friendly and honest and my gold seem to weight more there than the first store I tried.Go here first you will not be dissapointed. more

They made my first experience selling estate jewelry so easy and fast I was very impressed. The appraiser even took time to educate me on how they evaluate the different gold content. I would suggesting anyone looking for an honest establishment to repurpose their estate Jewels use them. more

Honest and Friendly Business 1/27/2011

My wife went through her old and broken jewelry and asked me to have it appraised for sale. I was very impressed with the staff and establishment. They were quite knowledgeable and explained the entire process in great detail. We actually quoted double of what we had anticipated and immediately decided to sell. They cut a check right on the spot, highly recommended! more

GREAT Service!!!!! 1/17/2011

We did a lot of research on selling gold before we chose Raleigh Gold Jewelry & Coin. We were greated right away and told we would have to wait a few minutes. We walked around and broused their selection of jewelry. They have lots to offer. James came out in about 5 minutes and introduced himself. He explained the process to us and then looked at what we brought in and weighed it all. He then told us what it was worth and made us a very good offer. We accepted and he wrote us a check right on the spot. more

Best Prices and Experience for Selling Gold! 12/23/2010

I took a small bag of old gold jewlery to Raleigh Fine Jewlery in Brier Creek today and left with a check for $450! The whole experience was awesome! The buyer was just wonderful to work with and was just a very pleasant person in general. He separated my gold into two piles--14K and 10K. I only had a few rings that were 10K and all of the rest was 14K. He told me the going rate was between $12 and $18 per gram for the 14K, but he paid me $20 per gram for it!!! I don't remember what the rate for the 10K was, but I am sure it was very fair as well. He cut me a check right on the spot and told me that as a new customer he would do a jewlery repair for free and clean any jewlery for me for free as well. You really can't go wrong there! more

Great experience! 12/13/2010

I had a piece that I had been wanting to get rid of for a long time, but I wasn't sure of where to take it to get a fair price after reading about the gold buyers that set-up in hotels over the weekends and pawn shops. My boyfriends mom had actually been to this place before and when she mentioned that she was going back because it worked so well for her last time, I decided to tag along. I had a wonderful experience with Raleigh Gold Jewelry & Coin. I was welcomed with a friendly greeting upon my first entry into the store. I had several gold jewelry items that had been collecting dust in my jewelry armoire and I was ready to part with them. I found the transaction to not only be educational, but very professional on all levels. I was recommended by a girlfriend of mine, and I highly recommend this business to everyone!
