Best colorist in KC 2/7/2012

Rod always does a perfect job with color. He is consistent and my color always looks stunning. I have been going to him for many years, and he never dissapoints! I really like the atmosphere of the new ROCA...they have so many services and they are at the top of their game. more

Wonderful Experience is the Norm! 2/5/2012

Lauren has been cutting my hair (and my husband's) for about 4 years, the last 6 months at Roca. She is excellent with many cuts and styles from men's cuts to short hair to wedding styles. Lauren always takes time to talk about preferences and we are always highly pleased with her work! We appreciate you taking such good care of us, Lauren! more

Happy 2/5/2012

I enjoyed my first experience at Roca's. I came out a different person. Everybody including me absolutely love the new me! Rod is definitely my hairdresser from now on. It is hard to find a stylist who pleases you. Either hair is cut to short or uneven but now at Roca's. I'm very happy. Thank you! more

Jane Iredale event 2/2/2012

My daughter and I attend the Jane Iredale evening. It was a great mother-daughter outing. We enjoyed the make-up tips and especially experimenting with the products. Thanks to all at Roca for a fun night!! more

Best hair color experience ever 2/1/2012

Joey did my hair today and did a wonderful job. Another salmon did my color and to say the least I was very disappointed. I went to Roca salon for the first time and was treated awesome! My hair color is fixed and I feel great. Thank you Joey!!! more

I have been getting my hair done with Kate for some time now at ROCA Salon. I have struggled for years to find the right Salon and products for my curly hair and a great stylist! Well I need not look any more, I have been so pleased with this Salon and mostly with Kate's great work! Thank you for professional service and style. more

Fabulous Salon 1/24/2012

I have naturally curly hair and over the years have struggled to find the right product and style for my hair. Kate has worked wonders with my color, cuts and enhancing my curls. I will continue to have Kate do my hair, I always leave the salon happy and pleased all around. Very clean, beautiful decor and friendly and professional salon personnel. Thank you Kate for always doing a wonderful job!!! more

Lauren is AMAZING! I was nervous about going from boring sandy blonde/light brown to a spicy auburn but Lauren mixed the perfect shade for me! And while at lunch yesterday a women stopped at my table just to tell me she thought my hair color was gorgeous and to ask where I had it done. That has NEVER happened to me before. It was such a great feeling - total confidence booster! THANKS LAUREN!!!!!!! more

receptionist 1/21/2012

I came in to grab a few usual Jane Iredale products. I don't need a lot of assistance as I use JI on a reg basis nor would I expect full service help from a receptionist. I came in and went right to the makeup and even though there were two women working the front desk and no customers I had to ask one of them to help me, no greeting of anything. The one that did help me was not very helpful or nice and her social graces were lacking. She rang my purchases and that was it. If you want to make the most of the great selection of JI you have then customer service training is needed badly. more

First Time 1/21/2012

Haircut for the first time due to advertising. Atmosphere and staff was awesome. I waited to submit this in that it has been two weeks. I feel stylist was wonderful. My concern is areas of my hair are not laying as they should. I feel style was not done properly for natural wavy hair. We bought hair product and love it. Would like to return but uncomfortable with who cut my hair. more

Best place ever for curly hair 1/14/2012

I have literally changed everything about my hair from how to style to the products I use and I've had curly hair over 20 years. I like my hair better now more than ever and it feels much healthier. Janelle is great. more

I have been getting my haircut at Roca for about 3 years now and each time I go, I honestly feel like a celebrity. My stylist Bailey always greets me with a hug and just the environment is so enjoyable. I walk out looking and feeling great every time! more
