The person who answers the phone doesn't seem to know much about the salon's stylists and experience levels. The girls behind the front desk act a little too much like bored teena...

Natural Curly Hair Worn natural - awesome 1/4/2012

Janelle did such an awesome transformation on my hair. She insisted the products make a difference, and after 2 months I finally admitted the products DO make a difference. She trimmed so little off, yet gave it such a good shape I got compliment after compliment. After 6 months I went in for a trim and she hesitated to do anything to it, but in the process reminded me of a technique that adds a fullness that I am very happy with. I thought the whole hair care process would overwhelm me and the products were too expensive, but I wash about once a week, and just spritz with lavender water the rest of the week and it looks great. At 52, my hair finally is 'my' hair and I love it. Thanks so much Janelle you are great:-) more

It was wonderful! I'm 61 and was unsure of exactly how to care for my skin. Suzanne was wonderful. My skin glowed and felt so wonderful. I'm making an appointment for my daughter soon. more

I'm an older woman with very fine hair and a receding hairline. I've struggled with my har for a VERY long time and just hated it. Rhonda gave me a style that I just love, it is easy care and suits my hair type and face. it's such a joy to find a professional stylist. I've had so many compliments. Love it, love it. Great space 12/8/2011

Had a wonderful experience at your new location, I can't believe how you have expanded. My only suggestion would be is that you need a place to set down a drink in the waiting area. I had to use the floor and was concerned someone would knock my water glass over. Other than that I loved it! more

It was a good experience for my first visit 11/30/2011

I had my first appointment at this salon with Andrew. He was AMAZING and my color is awesome too!!! I had a complementary eye brow shaping and make up touch up with Angel. He was full of information and was super helpful! I will be going back for sure. The only thing I would be careful of is that if you are not aware of what "level" of stylist you are getting, you might be a little surprised at the end of your appointment! Be willing to pay for what you get! more

Best Eyelash Extensions 11/28/2011

I have been getting eyelash extensions from Anesa for just under a year now. She is amazing and offers choices regarding length and fullness of lashes. She is also very patient because I can be a high maintainence client! The lashes look so natural I get compliments all of the time. I have allergies to almost every product but have never had a problem with Anesa's lashes. Thank you Anesa!! You are the greatest!! more

Amazing Experience!! 11/24/2011

I set up a surprise day for my mom, we got manicures, facials and an upper back and hot stone foot massage. Lacy was my massuese and facial girl and she was awesome and very friendly and helpful with advice on skin care products. My mom loved Mike and said she made her feel very comfortable with both massages. Susanne did her facial and rocked, was super friendly and helped and gave advice on how to tone down her redness. Afterward my mom paid for a quick wash and blow dry and Joey was so friendly and accommodating, also giving her advice on her hair. He set up a surprise complimentary makeup application for her after finding out the whole day was a surprise. It was so nice and unexpected. Overall we had an amazing time, and my mom had such an awesome experience. more

Can't say enough about Kate Cornell. She understands and listens to you and when you are undecided on what you want done she seems to know what is best for you and your lifestyle. The cut is great and the color and highlights look so natural just what I wanted. more

I've been getting my hair styled at Roca for about a year now and last week I did the Deva three step with Janelle to begin my transition back to my natural curls. I love the atmosphere of the salon and always leave incredibly happy with the way my hair looks and feels. Throw in fabulous Gelish nails with Beth and everything is perfect :) more

One small thing... 11/18/2011

As always I had a wonderful experience at Roca, still finding new things to love about the new location. My only (small) problem is that this time, there seemed to be a floral scent throughout the building. I'm very sensitive to florals, because of allergies, and in this case that sensitivity was heightened by the cold I'm fighting. more
