The person who answers the phone doesn't seem to know much about the salon's stylists and experience levels. The girls behind the front desk act a little too much like bored teena...

Best Salon 10/20/2011

I came in to have my color fixed, and was lucky to get Dalton. He was very understanding, and exceptional at assisting with the perfect color selection. I've had some bad salon experiences in the past, but this made up for them. I'll keep going back. more

Best Salon Experience 10/18/2011

Dalton gave me the hair I've always wanted. I've never written a review before, but my salon experience today was review worthy. Everyone there was nice and upbeat, the salon is clean, and everyone is knowledgeable and helpful. This salon deserves the great reviews it gets. Dalton will be the only person to touch my hair. more

Deva Curl Consult and Style with Kate! 10/14/2011

Deva Curl is best product ever! Always hated my wavy curly hair, no more flat ironing for me. Can't wait to come back for curly hair cut and color. Getting hands on instruction is so much better than reading a book or watching a DVD. Kate has got this techique down and tips provided are well worth the price! more

This is an excellent salon. I went for my first visit with Rhonda and was so pleased with the entire appointment, from check-in to check-out. A very friendly staff that made me feel right at home. Rhonda is as good as her reputation and had my hair problems figured out in a few minutes. Thank you, all. more

You don't have to be a sheep to get a good shear. Joey knows how to cut and style with pizzazz and accuracy. He has the knack for color also. From the hanging blow dryers, to the color bar, Roca provides the ultimate salon/spa experience. more

Great new space! 10/8/2011

Happy stylists and room to talk without hearing your neighbor's conversation are just a couple benefits of the new digs for Salon Roca. I get the Express Blowout to straighten my hair, and Bailey is awesome. Also nice is the fact that he did not try to sell me the more expensive one I did not need. That earns my loyalty! more

Customer service needs improvement 10/4/2011

The person who answers the phone doesn't seem to know much about the salon's stylists and experience levels. The girls behind the front desk act a little too much like bored teenagers. My particular stylist was new to the salon and not as experienced as I had hoped. My hair color was not what I was expecting and it was very awkward to request a correction. The stylist came across as dismissive of my dissatisfaction and slightly hostile. Overall, the level of customer service received from initial phone call to leaving the salon was far below what I expected. As expensive and swanky as the salon portrays itself, I felt very disappointed by the entire experience. more

Excited for my return visits! 9/29/2011

I visited roca for the first time yesterday and had a fantastic cut with Bailey. He explained everything he was doing in the cut in detail and made sure I caught all of the steps as he was styling. I have received tons of compliments and look forward to being a regular. more

Finally!!! I found a salon that is upscale and Professional. I moved to Missouri 2 1/2 years ago from Florida and have yet to find a salon or Stylist who actually cares about how I like my hair! Until I came to Roca Salon!! Caitlin was wonderful and when I left there I felt awesome!! Loved...Loved...Loved my hair!! The color was perfect and my highlights just how I like them!!!
