Wonderful Service, Great Quality 10/27/2011

Both my husband and I had such a wonderful experience with Moeller. We live out of state but my husband wanted to buy my engagement ring from Moeller's because he is from St Paul. He worked with Matt and could not say enough nice things about the experience. Matt was so wonderful to work with, sending him photos and different options and walking him through the whole process. We went back to Moeller's to purchase our wedding bands and had the same great experience. Everytime we go in there, even if we're not purchasing, they treat you like family and are always willing to answer your questions and help. They even expedited re-sizing my ring so I could wear it to a family party! After this, I knew I wanted to go through Moeller to find a wedding gift for my husband. I talked to Matt and he helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The first watch I originally picked out had been discontinued and when Matt found out, he took the extra step to find me similar styles and I ended up with something even better than my first pick. My husband was so surprised and happy with the gift and Matt and Moeller were definitely instrumental in making that happen. more

Customer for life! 10/8/2011

In searching for the perfect engagement ring and wedding band, my (now) husband and I visited many jewelry stores. The last store we visited was RF Moeller in Edina. I knew within 10 minutes of being in the store and working with Natali that we had found the store where we were going to purchase our rings. Natali thouroughly answered all of our questions and we never once felt any pressure to make a purchase. We ended up purchasing my engagement ring, wedding band, and husbands wedding band at RF Moeller with Natali's help and could not be more happy with them. The compliments on both of our rings seem endless and we're both very proud to show them off. I recommend RF Moeller to anyone seeking a stunning piece of jewelry and exceptional service. An honest watch store 6/22/2011

I have looked at watches from other stores in town but when it comes time to buy, I only shop with R.F. Moeller. They are fair with the price and their services afterward is only the best. Talk with Chad Cramer or anyone else to see why they are the best Rolex dealer in the Midwest. more

Along time ago I bought a Swiss Army watch from RF Moeller. But the watch always had problems and after sending it overseas to have it fixed several times the Swiss said the watch was discontinued because of this problem and it couldn't be fixed. So about a year ago I was in Moeller's buying something and I jokingly brought it up to Jamie Moeller. He was adamant that that should have never been allowed to happen, and gave me a Tag Heuer watch to replace the Swiss Army Watch. Since then, that is the kind of fair, honest treatment I have received on every visit. more

Great Customer Service 2/19/2010

My wife and I experienced a lost ring. Thankfully the insurance company covered the total cost of the loss. So the first thing I did was to call RF Moeller and get started on the NEW ONE. Well with some life changes (2 kids) my wife wanted a different ring to match her life style ? one can be pretty hard on rings chasing kids and all! Poor Customer Service 1/26/2010

My boyfriend and I went in there to look at engagement rings. While in the store the experience was decent. The female owner showed me some rings and promised to get my price estimates on my favorite four the following Tuesday. On the following Friday, I called and left a message wondering about the estimates. On Sat, I called again and instructed the woman who answered the phone to tell her that I was leaving a message. The owner called me back after the store was closed and told me that she would call on Monday or Tues at the latest with info. Guess what? No call. Ever. I found this insulting and unprofessional. Go to JB Hudson where they will treat you like deserve when you are about to make an expensive purchase. Pros: Decent selection Cons: Unprofessional customer service more

I recently tried to sell an estate piece to the Highland Park branch. They offered me less then a 1/4 of what is was worth! Good thing after I met with them I found out the REAL value of my item. I went in by myself to look at engagement rings. After I told the salesperson that I didn't want a standard solitaire setting and that I was iffy about wanting a diamond at all, I could tell she had no more to say to me. I asked to look at white sapphires, which she showed me, but she seemed less than interested in helping me find something I'd like. worst shopping experience of my entire life, this is not an exaggeration! 6/6/2008

Hands down worst experience as a consumer in my lifetime... i purchased a baby cup at a modest price ($50ish) and had a name engraved for my gondsons baptism in April 2008. I went in one week in advance of the baptism and they said it would be done two days prior. I dealt with the store manager, Michael (wish i remembered his last name). When i went to pick the gift up, it wasnt ready, because they made and error in the spelling. also, that was the last of the cup which i chose. Michael gave me two more options which he thought I would like better. promised to have it back in a week which i compromised and agreed to the new cup. he said he would overnight it to the parents house. i told them to have the delivery service make sure to leave it there even if they were not home, which Michasel said he would do. this took at least a week to get there. i called Moeller (michael seveal times and left messages, he never would call me back and i constantly had to track him down). he then said they delivered it but no one was home and their company policy is not to leave unattended packages (even tho he never told me this). he then said he would hand deliver it, whcih he never did. i finally delivered it myself. he also said he would give me a gift certificat and credit me with the entire cost of the gift. to this date, (two month later) i have yet to see that money or gift certificate. more

My boyfriend stopped in to purchase a non-engagement type ring for my Christmas gift. He had trouble deciding and made arrangements to bring me in the next day to choose from his selection. Elizabeth helped us and you would have thought he was spending a fortune with the way we were treated. She was very classy and not pushy at all - and, I am thrilled with the ring we chose. This jeweler has always treated me with excellent care! I went in there with a ring of my grandmothers that needed repair and the estimate was $150. When I picked it up it was $25! They are extremely willing to educate you and are very approachable! They have unique things that you won't see at your cheesy mall jeweler. Pros: Unique, honest, patient more
