Many wonderful options have been provided for me to be certain that the design, investment and style were precisely what I was looking for. Nancy has provided great care in guiding me through the processes of the re-design of my mother's and father's keepsakes; she is fabulous to work with and so sweet. My parents and my children have been well served by RF Moeller's and while Nancy has been our ""go to"" gal, I have great confidence in the team that Nancy, Mark and Bobby work with. My first purchase at Moeller Jeweler was a wedding ring/engagement ring set. We knew Nancy incollege and she helped us out tremendously with the process of finding just the right set for the right budget. Since then, I have always used Nancy and Moeller Jeweler for the important jewelry pieces inour lives. This includes a beautiful 20th wedding anniversary diamond ring, a stunning diamond necklace for our 25th anniversary, and the occasional pirce in between. Nancy and all the staff are wonderful and there is no pressure to purchase. Nancy is extremely knowledgeable about the items in the store and in inventory. You can't fo wrong by going to see Nancy Moeller at the Highland location. more

I purchased my first Rolex from RF Moeller Highland Park in late 2012. I worked with Matt on an initial visit for another item that was in repair for a friend. Upon my return, weeks later, Matt pulled out the exact watch I had been looking at and asked if I was ready to make it mine. He helped me with the financing and made the transaction the most positive shopping experience I had ever had! In addition, my friend had always worked with Chad in the past. Knowing this, Chad took it upon himself to add to my experience. He was such a team player and showed so much excitement for both me and my new purchase. My experience was so wonderful with both Matt and Chad that we decided to do additional holiday shopping at RF Moeller Highland Park. I would highly recommend a visit to their store for your next big purchase! Be sure to ask for Matt or Chad!\r \r \r more

Terrific experience at RF Moeller. I had a collector watch that my son wanted, but it needed repair work. Nancy was so helpful, and when the watch was ready...earlier than they promised... see called me to let me know I could pick it up OR they would DELIVER it if I wanted! WOW! I was in the neighborhood, so picked it up anyway, then I told Nancy I was giving it to my son, so she found a nice box, and gift wrapped it for me! I've never had a more customer friendly experience. Thanks Nancy and RF Moeller! more

When I decided to start shopping for engagement rings, a friend of mine recommended Carrie Sellers and Nancy Moeller at RF Moeller, whom she had great experience working with. I wasn't disappointed. Both Nancy and Carrie were very helpful with finding the perfect engagement ring for my now fiance. We have since returned to purchase our wedding bands. Moeller's has an excellent selection and top notch customer service. We'll certainly be going back to Moeller's for all future jewelry needs! more

Thank you to RF Moeller staff, especially Barb Bollom, who helped redesign and reinvent a beautiful ring from an heirloom that was dated and needed to be refreshed. The design process, which included reviewing CAD drawings and then trying on actual models of my new ring before it was created, was really fantastic. I was nervous about the project because my Grandmother is hugely important to me. I know she would LOVE the new ring as I do. THANKS SO MUCH! I will be back for future projects and purchases. more

So Thrilled -- Amazing Work on My Vintage Filigree Ring! 4/22/2012

I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the incredible craftmanship of the R.F. Moeller design team in repairing my beloved art nouveau platinum, opal & diamond ring. I had been heartbroken when a chunk of the delicate paired-leaf filigree had been yanked out and needed to be recreated. I despaired that this kind of work was a lost art and was hard pressed to find a jeweler across the country specializing in it. But the Moeller team was confident and my trust in them paid off. When I warily opened the box, my heart leapt for joy -- I couldn't even tell which side had actually been repaired!! Way to go, R.F. Moeller -- you have my eternal gratitude and admiration! I feel whole again with my ring back on my finger -- thank you, thank you! more

I have nothing but good to say about the folks at R F Moeller Jeweler. Over the past forty years I've had a ring redesigned, clocks repaired, and watches fixed. All work was done in a short period of time and everything was always better than perfect! I've bought diamonds, earrings and watches at Moeller""s and I've always been treated right! Best repair shop around 11/3/2011

I was searching the Twin Cities for an in-house Rolex watch repair shop. R.F. Moeller was the only jeweler I could find. They were fast, friendly, and the price was great. Lindsay was my sales associate. She was very knowledgable on time pieces. Lindsay called me with frequent updates for me as well has hand delivered my fixed, finished product directly to my house. I am a customer of Lindsay's and RF Moeller's for life! Thank you for your top notch service. more

Top notch customer service 11/3/2011

The quality of their products speaks for themselves but the customer service at RF Moeller sets them apart. David Miller helped us pick out a three stone ring that is stunning. I was impressed by the desire to educate me but also the approach in building a strong customer relationship. There was no pressure; the Edina store is beautiful and it was an enjoyable experience for both of us. Recently, my husband went into the store to purchase an anniversary band for me; David remembered us and helped him select the perfect ring for me. I love it, thank you David; I won't go anywhere else. more
