My boyfriend and I went in there to look at engagement rings. While in the store the experience was decent. The female owner showed me some rings and promised to get my price estimates on my favorite four the following Tuesday. On the following Friday, I called and left a message wondering about the estimates. On Sat, I called again and instructed the woman who answered the phone to tell her that I was leaving a message. The owner called me back after the store was closed and told me that she would call on Monday or Tues at the latest with info. Guess what? No call. Ever. I found this insulting and unprofessional. Go to JB Hudson where they will treat you like deserve when you are about to make an expensive purchase. Pros: Decent selection Cons: Unprofessional customer service more
